This is the store I always go to. It's the closest store to me and is always clean. Employees are always extremely helpful. I really prefer assistance instead of me looking for the items. I recommend this store to everybody but all Home Depot stores are great.

this store is so pleasant to visit , i had Jackie wait on me she is so funny and pleasant she made my visit good

Just a bad experience and lack of employees caring about helping their customers. Waiting 25 minutes to get help and acknowledgemt is not acceptable in any business.

This is the only store I usually go to unless a certain item is not in stock.

The store was clean looked organized,but you know what they say it only takes one bad employee to ruin a good store,my expierence led me to do this review.employee at the customer service counter was excetionally slow,complaining to another employee about the condition of returned items.while had the entire line waiting on her.apon recieving my money back was thinking am i gonna be made fun of once i leave.was given my money and reciept with out a word. Just horrible cust service.shoulda just called it the return counter if this is the level of customer service im paying for.rethinking where ill be spending my money and time from now on.

need more people like sierra and the lady that is her manager very helpful all the cashiers have been very friendly every time i go in .

yes like i wrote on the other need more people like Jackie there to help and explains things to the customer , i was in the self check out line and she called me and said i can check you out of the times i have gone this is the first time that some one has told me they had a survey and tried to help get the line down to where we get in and out of there

I love this store. The more I go in the more I learn about the departments. Store employees are always willing to help you load your stuff.

You need more like the lady that didn't know but helped anyway that is what I call good customer service

you need to get people that like their job and not just because they get a check Jackie is so pleasant to speak with she smiles and actually talks

I think you need to give kudos where it belongs your hardware dept and your cashiers I talked to josh and some young man on self checkout and another lady I think their boss Jackie they were very friendly

If you try to return something they think that you are trying to get cash every time there a list of questions that go on as soon as you tell them that you don’t have your receipt.

I think you should have more employees knowable like Jackie and ones that like to satisfy the customer I could find the products

This store is always kept clean. Customer service is excellent!. All of my trade tools have been purchase from Home Depot from Brownsville Texas to this Home Depot store in San Antonio Texas. Excellent store.

The Special Orders department at this store is horrible. We ordered a custom pantry door promised to be delivered to the store within 2 weeks. We wound up waiting just short of 2 months for it. And it was only after 4 trips back to the store, multiple time-consuming phone calls with store managers that lead nowhere, and contacting the distributor (which is right here in San Antonio) ourselves before Steven & Sons finally delivered our door to the store. We reluctantly special ordered windows due to the cheaper price available at Home Depot. They were supposed to be available for pick up today. Nope! Surprise, surprise...they won't be in until Tuesday now! Almost a week later than the promised availability. Theres a reason the prices are cheaper than competitors; the service is absolutely horrid. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

Restrooms not clean. Parking area needs more lighting

I've had more Satisfactory than Unsatisfactory encounters at this particular store. Overall a decent store to shop at.

Like this store due to its' near location to my residence. One thing that I find troublesome is that the hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, Etc) are misplaced or not easily locatable. I know hardware like these are hard to keep organized.
