This store has never disappointed me in any way. Employees are always willing to help and go above and beyond!!

I have been in this particular location back in august 2020 and the employees were like joke.. they were rude and turning their heads away if you happen to need an assistance, BUT my last visit december 2020 was totally opposite!! They were so helpful and friendly!! I cant believe that they were able to build a great team in a short amount of time.. This will be my favorite location from now on. Shout out to the new crew and their managers for their amazing work!!

The cashier was prompt in fulfilling my need and knew what I needed and made sure I was satified with the product I was buying.

They assume everyone that walks in is a criminal. They have plain clothes loss prevention personal shadow you while you shop and even their uniformed employees follow you out the door. Boycott this company and all others that want you to prove you paid for your items. Only give your business to those that really do appreciate you being in their store.

The associates in flooring were very helpful in finding the product we were looking for. Jackie the Manager went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction on our purchase.

There are no shopping carts and no one helps. Its probably decent if your male but if your a female with a child. Go somewhere else.

Employees were great, especially Lorraine, she was very helpful, friendly with a great attitude.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was neat and organized and easy to navigate.

Store was amazing had very good customer service and it was one of the neatest stores I’ve seen.

This store had plenty of items in place. I found all my products easily, if not I would ask an associate for help. I also got assistance as needed and I was walked over to that section if I looked lost, to make sure I obtained all the items I needed, especially if you could not reach for them. The store was exceptionally clean. Everyone was so helpful, you feel welcomed when they say Good Morning.

Employees should not stand chatting about some party 5 feet away from a customer loading alone her tiles , not even offering help and when asked about cutting a new pile of tiles they seem disturbed .

The employees at this store are very helpful and polite , in every department. It is ran professionally. I had a great shopping experience. Thank you all for all your hard work.

Customer service is terrible. You have an 18 plus year supervisor named Anita dealing with customer service issues who has no business dealing with customer issues. She is a prime example why we do not shop at Home Depot often. Freddie, your ASM is a prime example as to how customers should be treated. He went above and beyond in taking care of us as customers after Anita refused to have our order that was supposed to be ready by 5 pm which was not even pulled. Anita told us to go home and come back after we received an email that our order was ready. We live over 75 miles away from the store. Anita has shown poor customer service and what can of associate she is by wearing the home depot apron with no care or concern of the customer. Your associates also need to spend more time assisting customers instead of being on their cell phones or in groups talking. Very poor experience at this store. Thank you Freddie, ASM for making it better.

Products are always easy to find, if I can’t find an Item, the sales person is eager to assist. Store is always clean and organized. Employees willing to help.

The staff are rude and very incompetent. During social distancing the store is packed not minimal staff crowds in the help desk just playing around when you finally get someone to help they are super rude and don’t even know where merchandise is. Forget it if your picking something up they take really long I have waited over an hour for preordered product to top it off they won’t even help load it I ordered a lot of lumber and cement they just stand around and horseplay

Do not go early in the morning the customer service is bad. I understand they have daily task to complete, but seemed like no one really wanted to assist customers. Once at the cashier, she was very rude and not helpful at all. Manager standing near by and never stepped in.

If you like to stand in line forever It's a great store for checking out If you like chasing clerks for assistance. It's a great store.

Home Depot has become a family tradition of sorts, store has not only been sour choice of shopping but has become a family

Customer service was outstanding, Gage from tool rental was extremely helpful.

OUTFREAKINGSTANDING Customer Service Very knowledgeable about their store.

I purchased a propane tank exchange and then stood waiting for nearly 15 minutes for "the person" to show up to access the propane for me. After I pressed the issue of my wait time, I was told that they weren't making propane exchanges today, and that I would need to walk over to the customer service desk, get in line, and have the purchase refunded.

My cashier was Cristal she was very helpful and very customer Service. Thank you
