We bought a LG 28 cubic ft 3 door French Door Refrigerator. The color and the price of the new fridge was very reasonable. Great customer service. Oscar Rangel was Our sales clerk and was very knowledgeable in his area. I recommend this location to all my friends and family

Cashier on the phone, no associates to help load bricks… It was just too much annoyance. Store was also kinda messy and poorly organized.

Thank goodness for Corina in the flooring department. She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of our situation and needs.

Robert A. assisted me in finding the parts I needed to finish my ceiling fan install.

I visited the store and did some online ordering and Carlos exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgeable and courteous and allows follows up to be sure my needs were met.

It is frustrating that Frank provided assurances he was unable to live up to. "We care about each other & we care about the customer. The things we do for customers inside & outside the stores demonstrates our commitment to them." is no longer true. Not when leadership can't manage to keep its word.

Lucy the manager was very helpful with my visit to purchase a new refrigerator. She was very patient and she explained everything in detail.

I do almost all my home improvement shopping at Home Depot and admit that they usually have what I need on hand. The customer service is good and, more times than not, there's usually someone close by to help.

Had a wonderful experience in making a decision to purchase and appliance. Oscar had great insight on all the different aspects of each appliance I wanted to buy and made my ultimate decision easy.

If you want to buy windows you can only order them with Carlos. No one else in that store can help you. I ordered windows and one was made incorrectly. I had new order number and invoice . All they needed to do was refund and charge me. Over a two day period I came in contact with 5 different associates. Not one would help me.

Abigail Flores makes this store worth the visit. If not, review would be 1 or two stars. Not much else I can say. She made several of us feel extremely valued and was willing to help without hesitation.

I went to purchase gift cards. I thought I was going to have to hassle with self check out. An associate helped me get the gift cards and assisted me with the purchase. Great friendly service.

Give customer more attention, at the end of the day how they are treated and helped determines if they buy your merchandise or go to another store

Love my Ryobi Hammer drill(P214). Great price and very powerful. But my experience wasn't great at the store. Power tools in cages and took some time to find someone to help. A uniform shirt or the old orange apron to make employees visible would help. Only one register manned where the drill was left so check out was time consuming.

I bought some wall tile for my bathroom for the bath and shower wall and the tile is going to be very pretty when my plummer get the job done

Stop changing your stores to find the way they were moving 600 base at one time at 586 was not the smart thing to do now you can’t find nothing even the associates tell me that.
