The Staff is Completely friendly, and Extremely Helpful. Every Visit has been the same, not once has there been an unsatisfying visit.

You can always find a very good selection of Home Improvement Supplies. Very convenient off of 301 South. The staff is professional and courteous. The parking lot and store are clean.

I went there to purchase a washer/dryer for my daughter. Diane in appliances was wonderful and efficient. She helped me with a refund/exchange as I had purchased the wrong type of washer to fit on a pedestal. Taylor in Customer Service was knowledgeable and friendly and helped to save me money. nice and clean

The Middletown store is a great store but they are a smaller store so many times I have to drive to the New Castle or Christiana store to pick up items that they do not have in stock. You can order on line and have items delivered but sometimes I need the item right away.

Employees are ready to help, easy to work with and typically easy to find when you need it.

JACKIE WORKED VERY HARD ON GETTING THE DOOR AND TRANSOM THAT WE WANTED. IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS BUT SHE WAS ABLE TO GET THE ITEMS WE WANTED. SHE WENT INTO HER MAGIC BAG AND DID IT AND GOT US A GREAT PRICE ALSO. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS,

Second time this store has not provided service it promised. Thought to give it that second chance which was mistake.

Employee's are always friendly and polite. The are also eager to help you. Great Store !!

The Staff is always very polite and friendly. They just don't walk by you in the store and say nothing. If they see you looking at somethings they will ask you if need assistance. Great Store !!

Quickly find it if they have it; probably they can get it. Plenty of assistance when you need it.

I have never ever had a bad experience in this store. There is always staff around who is willing to help & if they cant they find someone who is knowledgeable with what you are looking for. Returns are done with ease. Management is very helpful with any problems should they arise.

Generally very pleased with the Middletown store. Shelves are usually well stocked. The store is always clean including the bathrooms. Sometime its hard to locate an associate to help, but they seem to manage.

Everyone here was available and willing to speak!

the cashiers are great at this store every time I go there always ready to cash you out with a friendly welcome

struggled initially to find adequate help in the hardware aisle, but the new associate found a more experienced staff member who quickly got what I needed.

Store 6843 is excellent! They always have what I need and make sure that I have everything I need to complete my project so. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always recommend this store to others.

This store always has what I am looking for and the employees are very helpful with great attitudes.

The personnel at the store were very helpful and even went out of their way especially helping me get my membership card which I knew nothing about.
