I feel like I was discriminated against by the cashier. When arriving to self-check out (I had 6 small items in my cart), I was directed by an employee to go to registry 6 after she eyed me up and down, even though two other people were using the self checkout area and two open registers. I have an auditory disorder so I normally prefer using self checkout so I can read and see each price breakdown on my screen rather than having to try and understand someone else. My cashier Yolanda was rude and felt like she did not trust me to use the self checkout after eyeing me up and down. It made me very uncomfortable and I do not plan on returning to this store, ever.

I started my project for my Kitchen countertop in October 2023. Colonial marble In King of Prussia. Very unprofessional . I tried to get everything done before the holidays I was getting granite and the slab broke approximately 4 to 5 times and they played so many games and replacing it and start lying about different things that was wrong with the slab. For example, it had a hairline crack in it, which grew even bigger around the sink area and around the soap dispenser it was a hole there which she tried to fix and told me that I would have a replacement the next week. they lie and tell me they were going to give me a whole new kitchen the next weekend, and they only brought part of the kitchen, which is not match what was existing there. I refuse the install because it was two different types of countertops. They continue to play games lying on me and I decided that I wanted to pick out a different type of countertops because this one just didn’t work out when I decided to do that they became very nasty and tried to lie on me. I took something out that I thought was comfortable for me, and which I was told to do so and then , they continue to play games. Make sure when you have a countertop doesn’t matter his granite or quartz and it has veins to it. Make sure that you get a layout first so you know exactly where they’re putting the seams and matching the veins it is very important. Make sure the layout is done. Oh yeah , they had me go to different locations to look at the slab. Please go pick out your own slab in the location depending on where you live it could be up to 60 minutes to an hour and a half away from you. Make sure you also stay in contact with them through email , because they continue to lie on the phone please do not trust colonial marble in King of Prussia they do a horrible job also from the from this time they have not restored my countertops properly and they did not make sure that they were glued down and did I mention about the leak. I have standing water in the bottom of my cabinet. Don’t know how long it was there so make sure you check out the plumbing yourself and make sure it’s OK. I just wanted to let you know exactly what I went through with them. There’s more to tell, but just beware of them, I suggest you go somewhere else because the experience with them was very horrible . I would like to add some pictures, but it won’t allow me on their site electric experience. Be a good experience when you get your kitchen done when you see the red flags run it’s not worth it.

I decided after deeper research of the washer I choose that I didnt want it. Called store and they were able to help direct me to the proper people to stop the delivery, which was 2 stops from my house. The woman that took my call at the delivery warehouse was excellent and said it was fine and directed me how the refusal would work.

I can always find what I need here including plenty of salespeople on the floor. The staff is friendly and willing to help out in any way.

It was great to see so many pleasant employees at HD on Black Friday! Seeing so many orange aprons, it was so easy to find what we were looking for and each employee we engaged today was knowledgeable about the product we purchased.

When shopping online, I always notice that the Middletown store has what I need. Today, I needed something pronto, and took the 30 mile trip. It was well worth it. The customer service department was fantastic! Everyone I interacted with, from customer service to the floor staff to the loaders seemed to enjoy being there. I am so impressed with the fine folks and the fact I got everything I need in one trip. I am a senior lady who does a lot of fixing at my old house and I so appreciate Home Depot making it affordable and even at times enjoyable!

Needed it for this weekend and so happy it was in stock at my local Home Depot!

I've got to say that after all these years since Home Depot opened in Middletown, I still love going there. Recently, I had a great experience with the Paint department manager, Lisa. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with picking out the right types of paint and finishes for a home project, including making sure I had everything I needed. It's just really nice to be able to have that experience of talking to a real person in this AI-driven, Social media-enoculated world.

RC is the best associate I've ever encountered at any store, he makes sure your taking care of and checking out with no issues....great guy!!!

We are renovating two bathrooms and went to finish purchasing items for the job. We left the store without purchasing the rest of the items needed because of rude staff.

The most pleasant experience I’ve had in at Home Depot. I was helped by someone who identified himself is Lou in the Garden Department. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and went out of his way to help me. I was interested in buying bags of mulch. He loaded a cart with 15 bags of mulch walked it out to the loading area and help me load my vehicle with the mulch bags, after I paid. I am 75+ and the courtesy was extremely appreciated. I did not ask, he acted on his own. Lou is an extraordinary fella and a credit to Home Depot. His help was much appreciated. I will be back whenever I need anything. You’ve made a loyal customer of me.

I went to Home Depot for flooring after work and there wasn't too many employees working, but when Amanda was finished with her customer she jumped in and helped me with the purchase of my flooring. She was awesome!

I went to buy outdoor flowers and the variety was nice.

I prefer this location as the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The deliverly was extremely poor the driver walked across my lawn instead of using the walkway or driveway and the box was damaged. I returned the items because of the driver's not respecting our property.

An associate by the name of Tim was extremely helpful and courteous. He assisted me ny finding the correct part to fix my pvc pipe.

We purchase many things online,but consistantly go to Home Depot as well. The store is well laid out and we almost always find what we are looking for.We're not talking curing cancer or going to the moon-we're shopping.So far it's all good.Keep up the good work.

I was selecting blinds, and needed them cut. Before I had a chance to go "hunt" someone down, Mark was at my side, ready to help. He went the extra mile, when the machine wasn't cooperating, and got it going to cut my blinds, rather than writing it off, and telling me he couldn't do it. He was also a really friendly, upbeat guy.

I would want to commend Dwayne, Marcos, Shyla, Katie, Teresa and Jon who made my experience memorable. I came all the way from Africa and appreciate your professional support . Look forward to better collaboration in the coming months.

I normally don’t go to home depot but that is changing after this trip, everyone I came into contact with was amazing and very personable and just nice people

I went to Home Depot to buy crack filler for my driveway and the employee went out of his way to find the item (it had been moved), get the item, and told me some great tips so I would have optimal results!!!

I needed to purchase an electrical outlet. The gentleman ( Eddie ) was fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. He had explained to me what I was looking for in an electrical outlet. I had learned a lot form him and I'm 68 years old. It was a great experience with him and enjoyed the conversation with him.

Take a picture of the sale price if you pick up an item from the sale bins at the store entrance. You'll need it to prove to the cashier you have been overcharged when the register rings up the full price instead of the sale price. This has happened twice in less than a week.

An employee named Will in the plumbing aisle went above and beyond to help us. Associates were so friendly. Great service!!

Idiotic policy to have customers doing the work. Impossible to checkout with some issue. If i wanted to work at HomeDepot i would fill out an application. PUT HUMANS back at the registers!!!

MaryAnn was super-helpful in answering our questions regarding Xtra Pro perks particularly in understanding whether paying by our Home Depot card or personal credit card was going to count toward our rewards. She was very generous to allow us to ring our merchandise to check whether we have reached the minimum amount of $299 so we could take advantage of our 10% discount if we used our Home Depot credit card. She provided a "warm feeling" about taking care of customers -- a great HD role model!
