The Home Depot located on Rt. 741, Dayton, Ohio has exceptional employees. Audrey, head cashier, has a very friendly courteous manner which helped to make my shopping experience enjoyable.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever shopped at. This is my go to store when I need something. Great employees and they stock a lot of Milwaukee tools which is the only brand I purchase.

This store and the employees are amazing!

I had a lovely experience! Eddie in the refrigerator department walked me through the whole process of selecting & ordering my new fridge, as well as selling us a stand alone freezer to take home right then. What a blessing to have such a useful store with such helpful people right around the corner.

This store consistently does a good job in-store or online orders. Staff is always professional and helpful. No complaints, hard to beat.

I have been to this store a few times before. I was always able to find what I needed and the employees have always been friendly and helpful. However, my last visit to the store was an exceptional customer service experience. I have been looking for a carpet cleaner for a long time. Because it was my first purchase, I did a lot of research online. I finally found one that has great online reviews and one that was not going to break my bank. I saw that they have 3 in stock online and I was really excited to pick it up in the store. After I got to the store, I went straight to the isle and bay number that was indicated on the website. However, I was not able to to find it. I went to the customer service desk and asked for help. Sandy was really friendly and offered to help right away. We could not find the item I was looking for despite spending a few minutes in the isle. Sandy apologized and said she would have to contact the inventory department to update the availability online because the item I was looking for was not in stock. Then she offered to match the price of a more expensive carpet cleaner in the same brand to the one that I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by her gesture. She did not have to do that. She went out of her way to make sure I have the best shopping experience. This was probably the best shopping experience I had so far in any store.

when it come to this home depot store i will say one word, “wayne” he is an excellent associate and made my experience amazing.

When I have a problem or performing a project, it is helpful that you often have employees with experience that can give me needed guidance.

When you go ask for Cat she will go out of her way to help you. she was very helpful to me and saved me $25.00 while I was shopping.

Home Depot used to be a terrible place to go to, could not find any help, nothing in stock, just a waste of my time. I always ended up going across the street. Now it is the other way around, better prices, better friendlier help, better selection, better choices!

Store was well stocked with the item I needed and right where you would expect to find it. Even though I am retired and have plenty of time, the entire purchase (pressure washer) took less than 15 minutes to pick out, pay for, load in van and be on my way. The store I use is probably 12 miles from where I live, just wish there was a Home Depot a little closer to home. Always a great outcome when I shop there.

I have shopped this store for almost 10 years. I have always found the staff more than willing to go the extra mile for us. The prices have always been fair and the items we need are more than likely in stock.

We were looking for door for our house and visited several stores in Dayton/Miamisburg OH area. The selection and quality of doors available at Home Depot was great. The associate Brandon in the Doors area was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us selecting a nice door with reasonable price and quality. He took time to explain and show different choices based on price, quality and aesthetics of the doors and gave us quotes for multiple options to make the final decision.
