Had what I needed

I called the store hoping to find a clearance item that was out of stock at most other stores. Sandy from hardware was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in taking the time to locate the item (not an easy task). She promptly called me back and had the item at customer service for me when I arrived later that day. She went above and beyond, and I am very grateful that she is the one who answered that call. Thank you Sandy!!

Adam was amazing!!!

Two exceptional employees are Leah and Zack. These two employees are absolutely wonderful. They both display a genuine care for the customer and will definitely go out of their way to provide excellent customer service!!!! Thank you Employee Leah and Employee Zack for all you do!!!

Friendly customer service

Help in the lumber area was non-existent even tho there were 2 associates in the area. They were too busy standing around talking to each other to be of any help. They did tell us where to find the lumber we wanted but it was a good thing someone had left a tape measure behind because there were 3 sizes intermixed in the bay. Bear in mind, we were 2 women looking for treated lumber so our husbands could finish a job. I love shopping at Home Depot hope I never have the need to return to this one.

I come here often, especially in the spring and summer because I think the nursery is outstanding. The rest of the year, I am usually fixing things!

Love to shop at this store. They always have friendly people who will help when you need it.

THIS IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT IN THE DAYTON AREA. IF YOU ASK FOR AUDREY, YOU WILL GET SUPER EFFICIENT SERVICE. IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU HAVE A PERSON LIKE AUDREY WHO CAN HANDLE ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, AND HELP YOU GET THE PRODUCT, AND GET YOU OUT OF THE STORE TO THE JOB. I USE ALL THE HOME DEPOT STORES BUT THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE BECAUSE AUDREY IS ALWAYS THERE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS CHANGING, AND THIS IS WHY MIAMISBURG IS OUTSTANDING BECAUSE YOU HAVE CONSISTENT CONTINUITY. THERE ARE MANY GOOD PEOPLE AT HOME DEPOT BUT YOU NEED A REGULAR LIKE AUDREY TO HELP YOU.

Great positive mental attitude

They used to give me military discount but I was told only active duty not federal DoD (Department of Defense) government employees on Air force base, not to cool, but hey it is what it is.will go to Walmart its cheaper anyway..

plumbing and electrical department have excellent employees. always willing to help you find what you need. great work.

Every employee we dealt with was friendly, helpful and just genuinely nice They represent the store well. They made shopping there a very pleasant experience. They helped us order all of our items for future shipment, Every answer was ,"Sure. I can help you."

Go to Home depot for all your needs for the home! It is so convenient! Hope you get Eddie that helped me in the appliance department. He was great!

If you need to order any appliances, Home depot is the way to go. It's fast and easy. It makes it even better if you have Eddie there to help you!

had to do a not so fun job today,garbage disposal,received great help and service getting in and out to go go back home to do the job and make wife happy!

It is one fo the better stocked Home Depots with good people working there that are very helpful. The rental center located on site is a good thing so you do one stop shopping for material and project rental equipment.

Making a purchase for appliance’s and it was a holiday. We received very fast and courteous service.

I've always received great service from all departments such as the Customer Service Desk when they refunded the money after the Weeping Cherry tree died, to the Paint area with stain and products for house and wood crafts, and the Garden Center with everything for my yard. I've purchased my mower, grill and all my kitchen appliances at Home Depot. This is my favorite store.

Friendly and helpful staff

I generally start at Home Depot when I need supplies for a project. This location is stocked with knowledgeable employees which is s blessing when you are a do-it-yourself type like me.
