Super place to shop!!!!

I love this store,I find the employees very helpful and easy to find if I have a question. The store also has everything in stock that I need when I visit.

I can't give the store any stars, but the computer wouldn't accept no stars so I had to give it one. The reason for the no star rating is my order was not picked within the 2 hours as stated online. Part of my order was picked, but it was by a store in Atlanta Ga. So I called the number listed in the email, Store #3857, and waited 15 minutes on the phone to check on the order. I needed to ask why part had been sent to a store in Atlanta Ga. and try to cancel that part and have it pulled in the Dayton store with the rest of my order. When my call was answered, the person who answered was talking to another customer during my conversation. After my trying to explain my problem, she said she couldn't help and then put me on hold for another 15 minutes untill someone else answered the call. At this point I was told they couldn't handle the problem because it was an online order and I needed to call Homedepot.com. They couldn't transfer my call so I had to find the number myself and call. Had I not paid for the order I would have given up at this point. I called HomeDepot.com and waited another 10 minutes before the call was answered. The gentleman who answered the call was helpfull and couldn't explain why the order got split up. He did manage to cancel the order completely, THANK GOD. I don't think I'll ever use HomeDepot.com, nor will I go to a Home Depot again.

Very helpful employees in the garden center.

Even as a contractor in uniform it’s rare that someone offers assistance or a simple hello. Store is generally messy and the aisles cluttered.

This is a great store with helpful associates who are customer oriented, at least during my visit. I couldn’t have asked for better service, two associates went the extra mile to assist me with making me feel like I wasn’t a bother for needing help. I was taken right to my item with a smile, associate assisted me in attaining it (one left and on top self), the store was clean and orderly and self-check was spaced and comfortable so I may have to drive across town permanently to shop this location, service is worth it to me.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with your flooring specialist, Andrew Demma. He helped us with a difficult flooring order and was super friendly and professional. We actually decided to purchase from Home Depot because of Andy. Thank you!

I bought a refrigerator and scheduled delivery. The delivery never happened. No one from Home Depot attempted to contact me to tell me there was a problem so I wasted my entire Saturday waiting on a delivery that never happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and bought all of my appliances and tools there and a lot more but after this experience I won’t be back anytime soon - totally disappointed!

Products are mismarked and misplaced so be careful what you buy, and measure it for yourself before you buy it. I bought the wrong dimensions of lumber because it was stocked in the wrong place, and the lumber I purchased was also not the same measurements that were placed on the price sticker stapled to it.

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION EVER IN MY LIFE. VERY POOR SERVICE AND IF YOU ASK A EMPLOYEE FOR HELP THEY MAY TELL YOU ... "I DO NOT WORK IN THIS DEPARTMENT, AND WALK AWAY" POOR SERVICE AT THE DAYTON MALL LOCATION.

The associate at the paint counter WAS extremely helpful. Cashier Ashley was great.

The store was clean and products were easy to find.

I needed quite a bit of salt for my driveway. A young man who works there was very kind and helpful. He showed me where the salt was in the store. There weren't many bags left so he asked me to wait then came back with another skid of bags. He loaded the bags of salt I needed into my cart. After I paid he loaded them into my trunk. I'm a senior citizen and have some back problems. I didn't ask him to help, he volunteered. Great service with a smile!

A very clean and well stocked store with very helpful associates!

Wearing of masks in this store is not enforced. There were more people without masks than any homecenter I’ve been in lately. It’s obvious those who won’t wear masks know where they can shop.

We received excellent service from Mike in the appliance department. I will go back and ask for him anytime I needed a new appliance.

Quite a few customers blantantly walk around without masks and the employees let it go.

Great experience with Gio in plumbing. Super friendly and helpful. He probably saved me extra trips!

I was happy that they were open early on a Saturday morning. When I got there I asked Liv, the young lady at the front door, where a specific product was and she knew exactly where to send me. When choosing which product to buy, a store employee was immediately available and help me in my selection. At check out I had trouble with a gift card and the same young lady came over and took care of my problem immediately.

Mike in appliances was a great help to me. If you need anything, ask for him. You'll be satisfied with your Home Depot experience.

This store people was very friendly and polite and clean

I hadn't been in since purchasing a refrigerator. No, I did come in for paint. And my handyman & his wife made purchases for redoing the kitchen. But shopping today was so refreshing. You had three capable people. They explained where the first items were located. He took me to next items in the garden. The color was found at another store on his phone & showed me the map. At checkout the older man gave me a Senior discount. All had bid me well when exiting. NICE!

We had a very pleasant experience while shopping for Faux wood blinds, Firstly, the product quality was superior to similar products at other big box stores and they had an option for an upgraded product that we didn't see at other stores, at only a slightly higher cost than the lower quality products we had seen. The young woman who helped us, Claudia, was excellent, explaining exactly how to measure for ordering. When she was unable to acquire the quantity we needed in this store, she checked another close location. As there wasn't enough in stock, she placed our order for us. Our experience means we'll always check with Home Depot when we're shopping for products for our home.
