I went to buy some appliances from this store and was assisted by Rosa in appliance department. She was very helpful. There was an issue with the additional discount and she got hold of manager, Francisco, who took care of it in no time. Really happy with Rosa and store manager service.

My father and I went to this store to buy some new appliances. We came across Margie Elsabie in appliances and she was just amazing. She was so friendly and assuring. She helped throughout the entire process and we are definitely going back to this location. Shout out to Frank as well in the electrical area!

HD refused to take a legal tax exemption for from the State of Texas. Said I had to pay the tax and then go online & jump thru hoops so maybe next time they would not charge me tax. On top of that, they entered my company check info wrong & said the check was rejected. Refused to reenter of seek help

I bought a smoker for my husband for fathers day, and he absolutely loved it! So happy with my purchase and for the help I received from Mr. James and his assistant, I didn't catch her name but she was very helpful. Thank you.

I just love shopping this store. It is easy to find what I want & the employees are very helpful & friendly.

The manger and the person that helped me purchase the lawnmower did everything they could to make sure I was able to load it on my truck and take home the same day. They told me they usually do not load them up on trucks and only on trailers but they helped make it possible! Was very grateful for that especially because my father needed one quick! I do not remember there names but I believe the mangers name was Marcos or the individual who help me purchase it was. Thanks again guys!

I went in looking for light bulbs for three different rooms in my home. As soon as I entered I believe I walked on aisle 6 and I was immediately greeted by tracy. With a smile she asked if needed help and then kindly took me to where I needed to be. For two of rooms that I needed bulbs for I had to picture of the actual bulbs only the socket/frame. Tracy was able to quickly identify the bulbs I needed and then she found those that were compatible. She had a very extensive knowledge of bulbs and respectfully educated during this experience. I felt super grateful to have had her there. Tracy if you see this. Thank you again, you were a lifesaver. I had a bad experience at another store prior to coming to Home Depot and I was a bit worried about getting the same sort of experience. But you were nothing short of amazing.

Our sales lady was delightful to work with, helpful in suggestions, and insightful in making sure we didn't make any mistakes in matching our product. She was polite, and attentive and while we looked around at all products, she was able to help others with quick, efficient helpfulness. No doubt she knew her products in the area.

SHOWED UP 45 MINUTES BEFORE POSTED CLOSING ON THE DOOR. I NEEDED SOME AIR FILTERS IN A PINCH. UPON ARRIVING AT THE STORE I WAS TOLD THAT THE STORE IS CLOSED. I TOLD THE ASSOCIATES I WOULD BE QUICK. STILL WOULDN'T LET ME IN EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS STILL 45 MIN ON THE CLOCK. SORRY FOLKS, I HAVE 0 TOLERANCE FOR RUDE EMPLOYEES. ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEHIND ME WAS NOT HAPPY EITHER. NEITHER ONE OF US WILL BE BACK DUE TO RUDE LAZY EMPLOYEES GREETING CUSTOMERS.

We had a not so great experience at this location (lazy unhelpful employees), but the cashier Linda turned it around. She made sure we were taken care of and found people to help us load our purchase (lumber and building materials) onto a trailer. There was no one willing to help us before we got to Linda. The 5 stars are for HER!

Look for Lakesha at the service desk! Great with her customers!

Every time I visit this store I leave without buying everything I came for or nothing at all, because the shelves are bare.
