This is one of the cleanest and fully stocked homedepots I have seen so far.

I am more than happy to have purchased a Shed from Home Depot. they make it so easy you do not have to worry about a single thing home depot will do pretty much everything for you, from Installation, city permit and much more.

Love this location and their employees but why does it coast 3.97 to get a key made bro! Bill in hardware and Lakeshia at customer service knows their job

STORE LOCATION AND ENVIRONMENT IS FAMILY ORIENTED AND CATERS TO MY NEEDS. THE WORKERS HERE ARE AWESOME. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

The employees at this story were extremely friendly and available. When I was clearly puzzled, an employee approached me and helped answer the questions that I had about a particular product.

I’ve never seen an associate so patient to help you when it’s time to get off I stopped in it was about 355. Lakesha took the time to order my special order and when I was checking out at the self check out she also helped me finish my cell, this store has amazing customer service and a tenant associates through After store. Keep up the good work.

If you want a pleasant shopping experience, skip Viola. Rude and nasty and she has zero interpersonal skills. She needs to be working on the back dock very far away from customers.

Items were not pulled for curbside. I went into the store for my curbside order. The FES Janice told me that the store manager has instructed them not to pull the orders until the customer is at the store. I had a curbside order, waited about ten minutes bedore i went inside. When i went in, the returns cashier made the comment that there was a curbside that had been waiting awhile. I informed her that i was that curbside. I asked her if the order was pulled and staged. She replied that they are staged “everywhere.” She called the department who asked what item it was that needed to be pulled. Keep in mind, this order had been placed not 20 minutes before. The order was in “ready“ status. This is absolutely a broken process in this store. HD should remove this as an option for your customers, as you are only going to disapoint and create a poor shopping experience.

Got in and out as swiftly as i can with the help of the associated. this wouldn't happen at other locations I've been to.

They always have managers specials amazing mark downs! The clearance section is organized! Friendly associates! Lakesha at the customer service desk sold that credit card as if she was buying flooring saved me $50 bulks

We thought we would be in the store for hours setting up an account and making our appliance purchase. We were done in about 20 minutes. Our sales associate, Margie E. was very pleasant and fun. We will definitely shop at this location again.

This is a great store with excellent customer service!

I needed to replace a 40+yr. Old 3 handle bath/tub faucet with another of same to save retiling . Found compression stems in stock but decided to replace complete valve rough in and trim. Pleasantly surprised they had several 3 handle models in stock .Unlike some competitors. And what was even better is Willis was helpful and knowledgeable about what parts I needed.Then I needed some fence pickets from lumber section .The female employees there stopped what they were doing to check inventory &prices for me. Their supervisor even helped us load some on cart. Makiah checked me out with a big smile & thank you. On a recent visit Avery in lawn /garden was just as attentive. My family and I use to shop this Mesquite store but switched to a closer rival. Now ,with employees like these and a well stocked store, I will be coming Home ,to The Home Depot. Even if it is further its worth the time for me. YOU Nailed it ya'll! .

Aisles a mess in plumbing and sprinklers. Bathrooms trashed too. They seem to be focused on middle of aisle specific special product sales most.

I had a big ticket item to return and i used the credit to buy a washer/dryer. Both the manager and Rosie, the sales associate were super helpful.

Manger named Francisco helped me look for what I wanted and helped me to self checkout and cashier named Evelyn made it a quick and easy purchase.

Linda G made my shopping experience the best . These things can be very stressful

This store is a mess. Unorganized isles and filthy outdoor containers, specifically pool supplies. Employees are rude and seem to have no service training.

I was very satisfied with the store services.

Linda from the appliance department was very friendly and nice she was very knowledgeable about the washing machine and explained the warranty to my dad in spanish too 10/10 service
