The employees in this store are friendly and helpful, for the most part. I've always been able to get help when needed.

Great experience at Home Depot, cashiers always tell me about taking a survey on my receipt! WHy dont you guys ever announce WHO won a $5,000 shopping gift card from Home Depot for filling out a survery? I never HEAR WHO WINS ONE????

The store was generally clean and well lit. The millwork specialist Nichole was awesome!!!!!!!!!!

The Medina Ohio Home Depot store is my home improvement store of choice. The employees put customers in top priority. If they don't have the right answer because they are working in a different area of the store, they link up another employee who can assist and provide any other information that will meet all my needs better than I expected. I love it!

We've spent a lot of time in home improvement stores, specifically Home Depot stores while rehabbing a house. Our visit to Medina was not scheduled, but this was the only story with the item we wanted in stock. I wish this was our local store. The employees were friendly. Not just courteous, but truly friendly, and seemed happy to be there, and willing to think outside the box to help find a non-standard solution.

Employees are friendly and all of them are knowledgeable in their department. If they don’t know a question they are asked, they don’t just guess or assume and walk away. They find someone who does know the answer and make sure the customer is always taken care of.

Love this homedepot. Very friendly atmosphere and always helpful when I come in to buy wood and get it cut. I’m at this store a few times a week I just love this place.

This is a pretty good store. Sometimes, getting assistance on a Saturday can be a little tough because the story is most busy then. Overall it is good and the employees are helpful.

I recommend our local Medina Home Depot. If they don't have it, they can order it. The store is clean and the associates are helpful when they can be found.

The customer service desk was VERY friendly and knowledgeable and was more than happy to assist me with a billing issue. My issue was resolved by Mackenzie in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Earlier that same day, I was at the Home Depot location in Akron, Ohio on Howe Ave and was treated VERY poorly by SEVERAL customer service people at that location. Although it is a 50 minute drive for me to go to the Medina location, I will certainly do so and be treated like a real person rather than go to the closer Akron location and be treated poorly.

Put in survey HTJ 4830 998 I guess I picked a wrong button that said I was not satisfied with the store employee assistance that was incorrect. They are always polite and helpful when I need assistance. Thank You

I do a lot of shopping at this Medina store. I always find the associates very helpful and extremely friendly when I have questions that need answered. This is especially true when I was looking to replace appliances (color that isn't a stock item) and I have nothing to look at except a computer printout of the appliance. The store is always very clean and the associates are easy to locate if I need assistance in finding something or have a question about the product.

The Medina Store was very clean, it was easy to 10find the celing fan that I was looking for,I didn't need help this time to find it, in the past i did and the person that helped me was very helpful even though I wasn;t sure of what I needed

Most associates are quite friendly. However, whatever you do, do not return anything. The staff at Returns are difficult to work with and do not take returns in a friendly manner.

Stopped by to purchase garden stone at 4:00 on a sunny day - parked at the garden center. There was not one register open to make my purchase. Had to drag a wagon full of heavy stone all the way across the store then had to walk back to get my car and move it to the Pro Pick Up area to load the stone. You couldn't even use the Garden Center doors to get out. Was told they didn't have the area staffed - they were cutting back personal. Time to shop elsewhere.

I've been to a lot of Home Depot stores. This is the cleanest. I thought they would all carry the same inventory but this on is better stocked than many. The best feature, however, are the employees. They are genuinely friendly and very helpful...not to mention available when you need them.

The Medina store is well stocked & the floor spotless. I can either find what I need in the store or it's available on their website just for the picking. I always hunt the website first & then decide. If I pick an item in the store their new app website will even tell me the aisle location & bay (spot) on the shelf ask the site to "shop my store'. It makes my trips very productive. Home Depot's pricing is by far the best around as an example: where can you buy a 5-foot Thuja tree for 69.95? You can purchase in stock items to high-end goods via their website. Wish for a 6-foot candelabra you can find it! Recently, they added quality artwork & furniture on their website you can have delivered to your door step. I ordered a free-standing tub it came from California. It arrived at my doorstep spotless, gorgeous & unharmed with a smile from the driver. It was a hot humid day & I handed him a cold bottle of water.

There is always someone at the door to greet you and point you in the right direction. The employees are always are helpful and the store is always clean. My favorite HD!!!

It's great to be met with a smile and a greeting when you enter the store and to be pointed in the right direction or even taken to the area where you hope to make a purchase. The staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. If they are unable to answer your questions, they find someone who is able to do so.
