I WISH THE ASSOCIATES WERE A LITTLE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE

Store was clean and bright. Products were easy to find.

Let me start by explaining that I did not require an extensive assistance - I was at the store to purchase an additional 700 square feet of hardwood flooring that I had already purchased nearly 1,000 square feet of to finish off the upstairs of my house. I first went to the flooring department where the associate was busy cutting carpet, so I next went to the Customer Service Desk where I was asked by the associate, "why don't you go back to flooring? There is somebody back there". Since I was arranging for a pick-up of my material at a later date, and I was paying CASH, I thought the transaction would be painless. No, the Customer Service associate could not figure out the SKU of my desired flooring, and even after I handed her my phone with a picture of the rack label, she hemmed and hawed over how to enter the order instead of just asking a more well-trained associate how to do it. This was frustrating to me, but not nearly as frustrating as the associate that interrupted my transaction with my customer service associate to deliver a sandwich and then launch into a dissertation on the sandwich - make, model, ordering process etc. Hey interrupting associate - I as the cash paying customer do not care one bit about the trials and tribulations of a Subway order. I just want to pay for my merchandise and leave. I quit the Wadsworth Home Depot for an extended period of time over their poor customer service, but then bought a new house and started ringing up the HD purchases again, In fact, in the last 12 month period I have spent over $10,000 at Home Depot. I guess I will have to start looking at alternative suppliers until HD can train their associates to treat customers with respect.

I was very very impressed with the knowledge of the staff in the blind department! Very easy process! Staff very helpful!! Very satisfied!!!

I couldn’t even purchase a large scoop shovel . They didn’t even stock them . I ended up finding one at Harbor Freight. Many times I have found The Brunswick Home Depot stocks much more products than Medina.

I found everything important about the Medina Home Depot #3833 to be true. The store is clean, well stocked with the latest hardware solutions to keep current with customers' inquiries and demands. I had a great experience with this store's electrical department. Being retired from a customer sales and services company, I know a company is only as good as its human resources. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

I have been to The Home Depot in Medina, Ohio on several previous occasions. Each visit was acceptable, but today's visit was superb! I was asked if I needed any assistance, or had any questions. I felt like I could ask a question without feeling stupid, or judged. The employee really felt like they were giving me their own personal preference and recommendation. It made me feel important to the employee. Thank You! I can't wait for the next excuse to go back:)

I would not recommend this store is you are concerned about the employees or customers wearing a mask. There is no enforcement of the mask policy, only a sign outside that store stating you must wear a mask but no one in the store enforces this policy even to their employees.

VERY FAST AND EFFECIENT SERVICE

The experience in the assorted hardware aisle where loose bolts/screws/etc are leave a lot to be desired. All they had in the aisle were cheap plastic bags to put your assorted loose hardware in the bag. No writing utensils to mark the UPC or prices and no instructions. When I got to the checkout I was forced to go through the employee manned checkout lane. The associate seemed annoyed that I interrupted his conversation with a fellow associate. When I presented the bags of screws/bolts/etc and stated the price for the first one he said "well that means nothing to me" and proceeded to treat me as though I was trying to be dishonest about the prices of the items I had bagged from the aisle. I did not appreciate his demeanor nor did I appreciate being treated like a little child. I will think long and hard before shopping at Home Depot in the future.

DOES HOME DEPOT NOT HAVE A MASK ONLY POLICY? I SAW SEVERAL DURING MY VISIT WITHOUT THEM.

I have never had issues at this store untill today. The rudness by employees due to a service animal is uncalled for and they need to be better trained in the area.

Customer service at this store is outstanding. I was in the store on 2 separate occasions to attempt to purchase a lawn mower that was out of stock every where. My attempts to secure this lawn mower played out like a comedy of errors, too long to mention fully here. Employee Melissa in lawn and garden went above and beyond to make sure that my order was fulfilled to my satisfaction when the mower became available. Manager Laura also was sympathetic to my lawn mower debacle and went above and beyond as well to rectify the situation. Highly recommended!!!

This store is unsafe during the active spread of COVID-19 in this community due to lack of employee masks or gloves or basic sanitary procedures. I even saw one employee in the parking lot unmasked and coughing he was pushing carts back into the store. Those potentially contaminated carts were immediately returned to the service area. Very disappointed in their failure to take even basic precautions, putting the entire community at risk.

Most of your employees do not wear protective PPE Masks

One of the managers told me that I did not even need to be in there store. This after I expressed a saftey concern.

The customer service received at this Home Depot is better than anywhere else I have shopped. They are very attentive and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a great one.

The store was unconcerned about safety of the customers or their employees. Only a small percentage of the employees were wearing masks. When I asked about it I was told the govenor has not ordered them to wear PPE. But, if the governor orders masks worn home depot will send the store the necessar equipment. When I said "Wouldn't it be a good idea for the store to protect their shoppers before ordered to do so by the governor" she said yes but the governor had not made such an order. I have shopped this store many times a week for over 20 years. Unless you become more concer about your customers. I will take the several thousands of dollars I spend there each year to another store or shop on line.

This spotless store is full of friendly knowledgeable employees who go out of their way to assist you. Love Love this place. The Home Depot website is OUTSTANDING it shares what aisle & bin an item can be found saves me valuable time.

This is a great store staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. Store is always clean. It is a pleasure doing business here.

Most of the people are knowledgeable. I try to ask two people before I buy what I need bc there’s one who’s always more knowledgable than the other.

Good store

I was impressed with the range of products in the store and the willingness of the staff to help me find what I needed.

Paid for a garage door opener and a install on 12-27-19 and was told a week later that the installer refused to come to the house and put it up. As of 1-7-20 still no answer. Will call Monday. Probably will have to take it back and get back my $$$$
