Good place. Had a nice selection of everything that we needed. The staff were courteous and helpful.

If you have a chance to shop at another Home Depot do so. This store is a nightmare!! Nobody working, one checkout open, can not get up and down aisles because of items on pallets and fork lifts. Checking out is a disaster. If the self check out lanes are open there are no scanning guns at this store so you cannot self check out large items. Most other Home Depot Stores have scanning guns at the self checkouts. Stock is not rotated and reordered. a lot of times they are out of items for weeks. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Have to say one of my favorite Home Depots to got to. Always clean, friendly and even has most of the products that I'm looking for that the one not 5 minutes from my house has. The cashier answered my questions & even contacted other people for the questions I had till she got an answer. Thank You for making my day for your help.

always clean and have very friendly people to help you find things. Only thing was I had to wait for someone to come help with putting the mulch in my truck. Had to call for someone a couple of times. Guess I just wanted to get going and had to wait.

I called in advance to have some items put on hold, and the employee said that it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, no one knew anything about the call, and I was told to just get the items myself by the employees at customer service. The items I needed were almost empty on the ground although there were pallets of the items higher in the steel. When I asked an employee for help, they called multiple times but didn't get a single response despite telling me that there should be five employees in that department. Finally, several employees just clocked in for the day and were able to help. These two employees did a great job, although the one who used the fork lift said that he was pretty nervous since it had been 3 months since the last time he used it. I needed 40 of the item, but could only fit 20 in my vehicle. They said I could buy all of them and they would hold half for me to come back in and get. This took 45 minutes when it should have taken 5. When I came back, there were 8 employees standing around at customer service. All of them were ignoring customers, and some of them were even standing in front of customer service preventing customers from getting in line. When I finally got their attention, they couldn't find the rest of my items. These were the same employees I had talked with two hours earlier and they seemed confused about the whole situation. Finally they said to just get the items again. We had just finished loading a cart, when one of the employees who actually helped earlier saw me and told me where the items were on hold at. He helped load the items and did a great job, but everyone at customer service should be looking for a job somewhere else.

A good store to find most all your needs.Found what I wanted and had help that was amazing. Yes the store was clean and everyone I dealt with was very helpful and nice.

The Medina, OH Home Depot is a neatly organized, great place to shop for most (if not all) of your home improvement needs, much like any other home depot location. 2 thumbs up.

The store is near to my home (I go there daily) and usually has the products I need for my home projects. The employees are friendly and the store is clean

Phenomenal staff who have very creative ideas and are extremely helpful in giving you options to get your projects done! Home Depot will be my "go to" place based on this wonderful experience!

I have consistently received helpful recommendations and assistance from the employees at this location. I was in the store yesterday, and an associate (Eddie B) went out of his way to help me find each piece I needed for a project. "Eddie B." took the time to even make a phone call when something couldn't be located. He assisted me until I had everything I needed and got me out of the store expediently. Always have a pleasant experience here!

This store always makes me feel right at home. Sometimes I don't know exactly what I'm looking for and they always help and don't make me feel bad for not knowing where everything is located. I really appreciate all of them!

Can one person make a difference...…? Yes they can ,and one such person is Cashier 'Marie ' at Medina Oh Home Depot...…………..If all sales people were like her,we'd all love to shop more. Go see for yourself...………….a great store with all great people working there!

PEOPLE WERE KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY. DID NOT RUN TO AVOID HELPING YOU.

This particular store is HORRIBLE! There is NEVER any registers open except one. Most of the time the self serve checkouts are closed. Other Home Depot stores have self checkouts that have scanning guns that you can self checkout large items such as lumber. This store does not. There is hardly anyone working at this location. If you need assistance with something good luck finding someone to help!
