Clean store, excellent cashier's, good straight lumber,no need to go anywhere else.

Hard to get the satisfied customer service

Store associate was rude. Ask a simple question that requires a simple yes or no answer and you get an answer back that doesn't answer the question. If the store associate had two customers ahead of me that he needed to help, he should have politely informed me that he will get to me after he takes care of the other customers ahead of me instead of making feel like a primadona and taken care of first.

Great store and very helpful people who know what they are doing

I like Home Depot. It’s my go to place for hardware or supplies for most of my projects. I think the store is organized in a way where most often I can locate the product I need without asking for help. When I do need help, however, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Their saw is working, so rarely they are at most locations, YAY!!!

Home Depot always has friendly and helpful assistants that are ready to answer any questions and will guide you to the product you need and inform you on how to use the product or about the product. I am always pleased with my visit to the store.

Store was very busy and lots of restocking. They were very nice and didn't prevent us from moving around. Self check out is new and although I prefer a check out person, the machines were easy to use and the self checkout person was helpful with the big heavy soil bag. She asked to help with a smile. Although this might effect jobs she was Not disparaging just acknowledged it is a change. Liked yhat very much. Thank you.

They need to hire cashiers or make self checkout truly self checkout. It sucks to wait for a nonexistent cashier in order to pay for your items!!!

I found what I was looking with no problem. The store was clean. the associate that help me was very friendly and helpful.

Employees here are very helpful and friendly. I have been shopping a lot lately here at paint department, I had Craig, Chris to help me out with all my questions. Love it. Keep it up, please. Thank you.

The entire team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to make sure you have assistance. For me, i'm a DIY'er and I need all the help I can get when tackling a new project. I can feel uncomfortable since people tend to judge my capabilities by my appearance, but I never feel that way at this home depot. I just feel like a very important customer that they want to help make my project dreams come to life. I definitely recommend going here.

We have shopped at Home depot for years, this is by far the best one. The appliance sales person Melissa is super friendly and knowledgeable an made our big purchase a delight. She went out of her way to get us the best deal. The cashiers at the front were also very helpful and efficient. easy access location.

Bought some appliances at this store on 10/31/2018. Melissa, the salesperson, went out of her way to explain all the features and the advantages of each product we were looking at. She was a BIG help on us making up our mind. Thanks to her I am confident that we purchased the right merchandise for our needs. I'll buy from this store again.

Checked out at Self check and Debbie Jones was extremely friendly and and provided excellent customer service.

Helen help me at the return counter very helpful to look up a part the the Sku and come off. The quick and friendly service at the returns as I did want to got to a job with less than I need. And knowing that the returns are quick and easy. just makes it all the better. Did you find the products you were looking for easily? Yes Were you able to get assistance if you needed it? They came without asking Was the store clean? Yes Were our associates friendly and helpful? Yes

I received tremendous help in the flooring department by Shana and Marc. They were patient and helpful and steered us in the right direction. We were extremely happy with our purchase ( luxury vinyl planking) and we receive the exact right amount for our project . We could not be happier with our results or the service we received by Shana and Marc

Manteca Home Depot is amazing ! We always find our needs there. Excellent service and knowledge of the products. The paint area is so patient and helpful The best paint you would ever want!

This Home Depot often does not have the items we need. They are either out of stock, or don't plan on getting them. Example: we wanted standard roundish outlets so the outlets could be consistent throughout the RV we are remodeling. We could not find ANY in white. They only have almond. Furthermore, they only have almond cover plates as well. According to the staff they don't plan on getting them in white either since they are planning on carrying more of the newer rectangular outlets. While I understand there may be a greater demand for the newer outlets, what about those of us who want to remodel our home and do not want the newer rectangular outlets? I am very disappointed OSH went out of business for this is where I would go to OSH to get the items I needed. Now we are stuck! I would recommend Home Depot, but as a second choice. Now with only one hardware store in town we no longer have a choice to make.

When you need something for your yard or home by all means go to Home Depot where the friendly staff will be more than willing to help you. I truly believe this. I know that I gave only 4 stars because no one is perfect, but, they are very helpful.

Even though I have done business with this company for more then several years I am sick and tired of them always changing their policies . They have lost me as a customer and I will delete my account with them. I have spent a lot of money on products from them but their acting more like everybody is trying to steal from them. Before they came here we had lumber stores and hardware stores and you could get everything you needed at a lot better price. They came in drove everybody else out with lower prices than jacked up their prices. maybe their slogan (More Savings More Doing) needs to be changed to (More Cost Less Doing) that is the power of Home Depot.

very clean store friendly

Usually the staff in this store have not been available or too busy to help. The last several weeks things have improved, although I don't know why. Mark in the paint section & Steve were especially helpful & kind! Mark helped me find several items that I needed & Steve helped me read the back of a spray paint can to make sure it would work for me.

its ok the only store in town, we have no choice right now

Well today I am not happy with home depot. I bought 10 bags of mulch. I asked for help. Waited 30 minutes and no one came. I asked for help again and still got no help. So I put the bags on the cart and did 2 trips to my truck. 10 bags is alot to move ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR DISABLED!! EMPLOYEES HELPED OTHER PEOPLE WHILE I HOBBLED TO LOAD MY TRUCK. WORSE FEELING EVER!!!!

The employees will help you when ever you ask for help. I also appreciate the store keeping up on stock items! The rubber roof sealer, HE885 Tropical is a wonderful product! It looks great on our RV roof!

The store is just fine.What they need to take care of is the handicapped electric carts. The batteries don't hold a charge for very long considering the number of customers they have to handle,and some of the wheels feel like a square wheel and need to be replaced and this is inside the store where it is smooth concrete.

I finally found something to take the voles out of my property and I hope they don’t come back.
