Check what you buy, they are selling damaged products. I realize you can make returns. However this is a waste of time!

Von was amazing. She helped us order some custom blinds. She was attentive, thoughtful and price conscious.

I spend a lot of time at Home Depot. The products are very good. I buy all my tools and home improvement items there.

I left my laptop at self check-out (because I don’t leave my laptop in my car). One employee found it, and she and another employee safely set it aside for my return. I returned and was relieved that it was there, and I hugged the two employees (respectfully), and kissed my laptop. That laptop is a BIG part of my personal and professional life. Thank you for employees who acted professional and with character, and who literally answered my prayers. Oh my goodness.

Nisha helped me find the plants I wanted, and Yvonne directed me to the proper soil amendments I needed, when I got to my car a young man offered to ,and did, load all my purchases I to my car for me! Not as good as I once was at doing any of these things, mareally happy! happy! Thank you all

Horrible customer service! You advertised in the store a deal of an electric blower that was supposed to come with a free battery. When I got to the register there was no batteries available. I asked the cashier to call the manager because I wanted to get a rain check on the battery. It took the current manager on duty 30 minutes to come up to the register. Cashier had called for assistance two times never mind the customers waiting in line behind me. Manager would not do rain check or any discount. Cashier gave me discount after manager leaves telling me there’s nothing she can do

Always find very good help, product selection, and prices at The Home Depot.

The employees I encountered were so efficient and helpful! Since I had no experience with the type of product I needed, I was able to discuss the product and its use to determine if it would meet the need. Found the answers very helpful!

I have been looking for a car battery jumper and couldn't find one with enough voltage at a reasonable price. I finally found it today at Home Depot with the help of the great associates especially Angela who helped me to the end.

Found some laminate flooring on clearance for my new home project

Went in to purchase a product that had to be loaded with a forklift, I had to wait for over an hour for the item to be loaded.

I do quite a lot of business with Home Depot and I'm usually in a hurry, the cashier (Susan) at self checkout was quick to help and didn't waste my time

I am an avid do-it-yourselfer. I visit the Home De[pot in Manteca about once a week. The Associates are always friendly and helpful. I almost always find what I am looking for.
