I am at Home Depot on the daily, and I never have had an issue with an employee for the most part everyone there will bend over backwards for a customer. I recently had a great experience with Chris Martinez. I never fill these out but he went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed

Great employees, plenty of inventory!

I was helped by Chandu at self checkout and she was quick and very helpful.

THE STORE IN MANTECA IS SURPRISINGLY "STOCKED" WITH ITEMS I NEED FOR MY DIY PROJECTS AND THE LOCATIONS OF THE AISLES ARE EASY TO FIND.

Shout out to Elliott that works at the Home Depot in Manteca he works in the lumber department. We were having trouble getting wood that was on the second shelf because they are big and heavy. However we needed to hand pick the woods because of the project we are doing. Elliott helped us hand pick the 14 pieces of 2 x 12 x 12 and was very patient assisting us… Now that is Great Customer Service…. Thank You ELLIOTT for your Excellent Customer Service

Manteca Home Depot has improved their customer service. That is huge to me.

Just need someone who can take care of the outside planting area a little better.

Not a bad store unless you ask for help then they say "I am busy right now you will have to wait"

great store but pathetic customer service ! It seems they get annoyed and disturbed when questions are asked. people like Chris are happy to stand and chat but not willing to attend to issues.

Employees lack common people skills, cashier Valerie was extremely rude, unhelpful, and does not belong in the front line of the store

Some rude cashiers some great cashiers I will shop here because overall it is a great place to go, I got a chance to be in dakayla’s line today and she’s so helpful and is always smiling, I will keep coming back just because of her!

Arthur in the window ordering section of store was very knowledgable, patient and kind. You do not find this kind of customer service very often, very rare.

It’s a great location close to the interstate .. the employees are usually very helpful and it also has a nice garden shop!

I love going to The Home Depot it is my go to store when doing any crafts, paint and really anything.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and inviting.

The prices on products most likely much needed for home improvements are very reasonable and abundant. Sales associates are all very graciously kind and willing to help out. The store is clean and nicely stocked.

Every associate that helped us was great except for the lady Pam in the paint department. She was unpleasant, made rude remarks, and was not very approachable.

Carlo in the paint department was excellent! Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Did a Great Job matching my stain color. Thank You Carlo1

Customer service all this people need to go to some customer service classes and be there for the customer. If you ain’t feeling it don’t go to work it’s not for you find a job that makes you happy.

Jon, in the lighting department was SO rude! I asked the cashiers in the return department who can help us with lighting fixtures and they pointed me to Jon, I walked over to him and said “Hey Jon, hows it going?” And he didn’t even bother to look up at me, he kept his head down. I then asked about a light I had in my hand and he said over on 6, then I asked him about the brightness and he was so rude didn’t bother looking up and said you’ll find it on 6. So I walked away and said sorry for the inconvenience. Never have I had such horrible customer service at Home Depot before. He was a grumpy ‘ol man. I couldn’t believe it. I think it’s time for Jon to retire since it seems like he doesn’t like his Job. I hope I just caught him on a bad day and doesn’t treat all customers like this.

Didn’t double check the cap of the paint can wasn’t closed properly and spilled half gallon on my way home.

Employees went above and beyond to help me make equipment safe for my gran. Clean store. Friendly and informative. Helped more than any other hardware stores I have been to in years.

I have had the best experience earlier today at opening. Needed to return an item due to incompatible sliding door handle. Alexia, was such a pleasant surprise, and gave her best customer service one could ever asked. She was patient, kind , and most importantly courteous. She was well informed as well. JOB WELL DONE would be a. Understatement. Keep up the great work ALEXIA!!! She deserves a reward,or better yet a promotion. Would most definately recommend this specific home depot!. - William j

the employees are always very helpful

Absolutely the worst Home Depot I have been in. I was confronted in a rude manner by the woman sitting by the exit door because I didn’t stand in the 2 person line even though there were Multiple self checkouts open. The lady Debbie controlling the line was just as rude and did not allow the associate who was helping me check out to go find the SKU of my item when it would not come up in the register. Clearly there is a management problem with this store if these employees are allowed to work in contact with customers. It’s truly disappointing and I won’t be back.
