THIS HOME HAS EVERYTHING - MORE IMPORTANT FRIENDLY VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.

If you must go to the home depot, I would recomend going to the one in paramus rather than here. Inventory is better, and it is managed much better.

I was desperate for a water filter for my refrigerator and with one phone call to this store - problem solved. The clerk on the floor of that dept. seemed familiar with her product area and assured me she "had what I needed" - within the hour I picked up the filter and now my refrigerator is again making ice cubes. A "desperate need" in August in July in New Jersey! Thank you!

I am a senior citizen and was having my tub taken out and a shower installed due to upcoming surgery. Sharon the store project manager was so helpful and explained everything, and educated me in what this project needed. Everything ordered was on time and returns was simple.

I received immediate direction to the aisle and was easily able to locate the item I desired. The store was well lit, clean and organized. All associates were friendly and appeared ready to assist.

Employees are always helpful and truly want to make your experience better.

Patty at customer service was the best. All other employees in many different departments were very knowledgeable and truly seemed to care.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. Usually everything is in stock or available in a day or two! Using the online order/pickup feature is a tremendous plus as I am handicapped and cannot walk thru the store like I use too!

I love shopping at the Mahwah store. Sales people are always helpful and come and ask if I need any help. They are efficient, professional and courteous each time I shop at your mahwah home depot store. All the products areas are labeled and your store is spotless and wonderfully clean. My experience was always a pleasure for me. There is no need for improvements. Mahwah is lucky to have a home depot available for local shoppers! Last time, Bob P., a sales associate was very helpful and I could see he is happy working there. Always had a smile. Thank you.

PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH CASHIER JUDY

Just bought new washer and dryer at Mahwah store. Salesman Larry in appliances is one of the most pleasant and knowledable salesman I have ever met at Home Depot.

I was hesitant to buy large quantity of mulch.,Since I didn't have strength to lift and transport to car. The process was fast and easy! I paid for mulch and then it was quickly loaded into my car by 3 employees!

This location is well stocked with a good range of products and does a good job with their store layout. There is a good amount of assembled products on display as well as easy to navigate aisles and home interior displays. The associates on the floor were very nice and helpful in locating products as well as providing details on various products.

The employees were friendly and helpful in find the things that I need it. The cashier Robert was very friendly and helpful as well .

The Home Depot in Mahwah is always clean, well stocked, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful and I always find what I need there.

I have visited the store in Nanuet and Nyack several times and this store was a million times better
