When we walked in, we were greeted and directed to the exact isles where we'd find our items needed. In the electric isle, a very knowledgeable man (Todd) cheerfully explained many aspects of electricity regarding the products we needed, and we are satisied with it's performance now installed at home. Thank you. We enjoy shopping at the Mahwah Home Depot :)

All of the people in the Door department are the absolute best, specifically Robert Caswell. Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Really can't say enough good things about them. Kudos.

Please avoid cashier Robert in the Garden Center. He is not customer friendly. He made me feel very uncomfortable during my shopping experience. Every other time, the cashiers are VERY friendly and welcoming.

More associates PLEASE! Like many of the HD stores I have shopped in there is a lack of associates in the aisles to assist customers. I waited for about 45 minutes for the Mill Works associate to ask about a storm door. All it takes is a customer(s) that need extensive help to bring a project to a screeching halt.

Any time we went in the cashier Swati has helped us she was so kind and patience to help us with anything we needed . We hope the store knows what a good job she is doing thank you .

I had a very poor customer service interaction with a manager. No care, sympathy or offer on how to solve my problem. Will avoid this store in future if I can help it.

This Home Depot has knowledgeable staff helpful staff, and the one time I had a bad experience it was rectified by management. I would recommend you enjoy your shopping experience at this Mawah location.

The WORST customer service. Missed a scheduled delivery by 72 hrs. They charge extra by the way to shorten delivery windows. You have 12 hrs to start, for $20 more, the window is shortened to 4 hrs. For another $20, the window is shortened to 2 hrs. Day after missed delivery, driver said roads were closed. There are about 15 different ways to get to my house from this home depot and all those roads allow trucks. Mgmt hides. Talked with Manager Owen for help - he had someone else call back. No follow up from Owen. Andrew at ext 388 evidently has scheduled conference calls thru the day. When I tried to let him know the time I have available to talk (it's during a workday) he hung up on me. He called back, however I could not answer, I was on a conference call. I called back an hour later, he couldn't talk - I explained that I have scheduled calls, let me give him the time I'm available. He said he has scheduled calls also. Home Depot Customer Service has scheduled calls thru the day.......well alright then. Contractor is here to do a job without the materials needed to do the job.

Andrew at the Pro Desk was not only incredibly knowledgeable, he was courteous, professional, helpful, understanding, patient, and went above and beyond to walk us through the purchase process. I have never had a better experience with a home improvement store than my experience with the Pro Andrew today!

Plenty of parking and lots of shopping carts at the Mahwah Store. The stuff I usually buy are available in sufficient quantities and there are employees who can answer questions. The store was clean.

Shopping at Mahwah Home Depot was a breeze today! Young man, Peter, helped me select the correct treated lumber for my customized garden project, then cut lumber at specified length. Young lady, Marissa, helped me select the correct lag screws and washers for this project, Because it was " raining cats & dogs " at the time, there was virtually NO line, so young lady at the cash register quickly processed my purchase and to top it off, young lad, Connor, loaded my SUV, so altogether, I was in and out in just 30 minutes! Great job Mahwah Home Depot!! (:)

Now during this time of the corona virus pandemic, Home Depot manages it stores extremely well. There is no chaos. Rules are clearly posted and followed.

Very Neat and clean and well organized Home Depot. Even during this COVID 19 timeframe it was easy to get in and out.

Home Depot is my go to store for building products. The Mahwah store is very disappointing as the cashiers are extremely rude for no reason. It is not pleasant being treated like a dog.It doesn't cost anything to be polite. The store was empty due to social distancing yet despite this I could not get any help in the plumbing aisle.
