great service and a very willing staff for guidance!!

I have bought probably well over 10000.00 in product there in the last few years. The company stands behind what they sell and employees and managers are all very friendly and helpful.

Whenever a problem comes up at home, home depot always has what I need, it's close to my home, and I have purchase many items there. Always clean, friendly, and lots of help for what you are doing. Great store !!!!

Jay is a superhero. We put hard our fan with his help, installed it and now it's known as the Jayfan.

Design Services - Megan Shukait is the best designer I have come across. If you need cabinet design services she is the ONE!!!!!!!!!! Small or Large she has the uncanny ability to know what you need before you even know it. She mad our kitchen and bathroom removal a breeze.

Every visit to Home Depot is a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is like you are with family.

They have a person named Julio who is assigned to help customers load. I've never seen that at another Home Depot. Employees inside are genuinlge helpful. The Skill Saw I wanted was out of stock as were many of the novelty key blanks.

The store was great and everything but the cashier Destiny was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude issue.

Home Depot of Lorain is close to home. The products needed were easy to find. The store employees I encountered were friendly, helpful and kind.

This store is perfect for my needs and is well maintained. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. If I had any negatives about Home Depot would be their online ordering system. Not that it is not easy to use or hard to find products. My issue is with their policy of not being able to add on to online orders. This was my experience on 5/29/2018. I went in to pick up my $1,000.00 order that I had placed for some home care products and repair materials that I needed to get done. I wanted to add another $200.00 to my online order to get the differed cash payment on my purchase. I am not a business so anytime I can get a differed payment I will use it. Well anyway I had to cancel my order and drive back home and resubmit my order as I had 1 item that was online purchase only. "Or so I thought". When I went back to the store the following day to pick up my purchase I found out that another item was made a special order and is going to be mailed to my home, even though they had 8 in stock according to the web site and physical inventory when I was there. I think if you want to spend more money with a business they should make it as easy as they can. Home Depot failed terribly in this aspect of their business and this should be corrected. Let me know what you think or what your experience has been with Home Depot.

the only thing that I don't like about going there is the entrance .,its narrow entrance , its a night mare getting in and out. Then you have traffic coming in from the coffie shop. not mutch room.

I would like to see more products that appeal to women shoppers at the front of the store.

Clean, easy to get around. Kind of easy to find what you are looking for if you don't use the online aisle and bay numbers. There are associates throughout the store willing to point you or even walk you to what you are looking for. Getting in and out of the parking area can be a little cumbersome, but overall, a decent store.

I would like to thank telly for her help with my Samsung stove purchase over the phone on March 28, 2018. When my mom received it on her birthday-she was speechless, she totally cried. Thank you so much for the excellent service to get my order over the phone completed!

I love Home Depot. Only thing that prevents me from frequently stopping at the Lorain locating is that they do not have the power tools rental selection. I am a drywall contractor and need the power sanding pads that are only sold in the tool rental section.
