Home Depot in Lorain is a great place to shop. Each and every time I’ve gone there to purchase something they always seem to have it and everyone there is friendly and willing to help.

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store since moving here from Virginia. There is a competitor closer, but I prefer to shop at this HD based on my answers.

NO HELP...PACK YOUR OWN CAR WHILE WORKERS WATCH YOU!

As I was walking out to the parking lot I saw two seniors struggling to load soil and mulch into their truck. I can't tell you how many people I pass in the store not doing anything...every time I am there. After I loaded their truck, I noticed two clowns in orange aprons standing by the mulch enjoying the sun chatting it up! Give the cashier a radio and tell them to call someone when there are seniors that are obviously going to have trouble loading their purchases. I frequent the store and have loaded two seniors now, because it's how I was raised. STAY CLASSY HOME DEPOT!

Store is Ok like most Home Depot Stores. The only I would ask is that Home Depot keep a record on file with there credit card accounts that the account holder is a U.S.A. Veteran. If no credit card is used have the cashier ask the customer if they are a Veteran and have Veteran ID card with them and then for Home Depot to keep that on file if possible. Please honor are Veterans at all Home Depot Stores. Thank you

This is a good store

This is a great store. They are very customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile, for anyone. A personal shout out to Carrie. Thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall rating is 40%. Make sure when you purchase something that is being picked up by you that you have someone confirm that all item are in stock in the store. Their inventory may say that they have it and when you pick it up, you find out that not all items are available and you may have to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive at the store. Then they tell you that you will be notified that the balance of your order has arrived and they do not call you. They store associates were friendly and helpful for the most part, but the cashier was terrible. One of the worst I have ever had. I am a cashier for a different corporation and they would not allow her attitude.

Anyone needed any help with anything electrical, ask for Barry. He is a very nice gentleman who knows his stuff.

Store employee are not intrested in helping you find a product, other than just point and say there down there. Had awful experience with older male employee, actually just walked off after telling me we must be out of stock. All just to save himself the hassle of actually assisting me.

It's always a great experience shopping here. Examine the security for the employees at the front. An accident waiting to happen!

The returns customer service representative named destiny was completely disrespectful and had an attitude. I could hear her getting upset with somebody on the phone regarding a charge on their account and afterwards she took it out on me. I I would not recommend this store because you might wind up getting her and you'll be treated with the utmost disrespect. I recommend going to the Elyria store or at least there and they have great customer service. Destiny is one of the worst employees I've ever encountered and I have been shopping list home Depot for a long time.

The only home depot I can find all the prices on things and get help without asking or trying to find help. Very friendly employees. VERY ORGINIZED Thank you.

Overall yes, but if one employee says no, ask another one.i have encountered an employee that lied about a product at the store, told us they didn’t have it, turned out it wasn’t even her department.
