Store was clean and well organized, and we couldn't find the size of door that we needed. However, cheers to Erik, an associate in the doors Department, we were able to order the correct size. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to help us out. And NO, he is not my relative (smile). I definitely will keep doing business with Home Depot.

Great Store, great employees

Seems to have less inventory offerings compared to Elyria store, but I have been satisfied here. Awesome knowledge and service in window and door dept where employees know their product well and are very helpful with making and verifying details of selections. They were also able to match new lock sets to my existing lock key. I had 4 exterior doors installed: Fiberglass front door with simulated wood grain and large oval window, two Anderson glass Storm doors, and one screen door for rear porch. Their installation contractor was fast, efficient, and thorough. He made sure I understood the scope of work and answered all questions and concerns.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The Garden Center is beautiful. So happy to see a wide variety of plants and flowers. This store is safely located. We enjoy shopping here. We feel safe. The atmosphere is very inviting. The staff is great and make you feel welcomed. Thank you for wearing your masks for me and you.

I went to Home Depot today to Get mulch. I wasn’t aware of the change in loading station due to Covid. I was asking an employee about the changes, when another employee named Jailen eagerly offered to help me. He was so nice and offered great assistance to help me find the mulch and helped me load and unload all 40 Bags. He was so friendly and his costumer service was outstanding. I will definitely be coming back to this store because of such a wonderful experience! Thank you!

The home depot in Lorain, OH is conveniently located by our housing development and they always have what I need no matter what the project. I am able to order online and pick up at the store which makes it even better!

Cashier David took my wallet with my military ID enclosed from my hand to hold it to my face to make sure it was me in the photo. That was humiliating!! Bank tellers don't do that! Made me wait for help at self checkout while he was putting new register paper in a register that didn't have a customer waiting. He never thanked me, never apologized, instead left me to wait on another customer while thanking them for their military service. I'll shop at another self improvement store from now on where my military service is already in their computers.

This store it is my understanding has recently went under a management change. The atmosphere and attitude of employees has changed. The employees under this current covid 19 remain positive and it is refreshing that they are still willing to be helpful under these stressful conditions. Keep up the good work HD Lorain! Special shout out to Sierra in paint excellent customer service.

Very helpful with purchase of new front door, lock sets, and two storm doors. Chrystal in the (door department?) was very helpful in specifying and selecting doors. She also provided matched lock sets and offered to key them to match other doors in my home. She arranged for contractor to very my door dimensions and install.

The people were very helpful in locating a type of luxury tile to match our needs.

My husband and I had visited the store many times and had many questions. All employees that dealt with us treated us as if it was our first time there. We had a great experience.

If you show you have 83 of something in your store online on your shelves , make sure you have it! I went there 3 different times and talked to hd management and it still wasn’t put on shelves.

I love this store almost all products I'm looking for are cheaper than Lowe's and of better quality!

Once month we head over to Home Depot for the FREE kids workshops. This particular store is clean and every employee greeted us with a "hello" and a smile. The workshops are always organized and clean!
