Employee did not give me an hassle on a return item. She give me a receipt showing the refund back onto my Home Depot card. I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. Very Good Service.

The store needs to enforce mask policy on its employees and customers. But if you have any plumbing issues, ask for Darryl. He’s an expert.

Huge major shoutout to Davante Smith & his amazing wife AnnMarie Smith at https://www.facebook.com/Home.Depot.Longview.Tx/ for helping get bling ready for my big Veterans event this weekend!! Mr Smith could tell quickly yesterday when I came in with measurements that I had no clue what I was doing!! He said I could come back today with my pegboards and he would make sure I had what I needed! Today from 9:30-3:10 he worked non stop not only on my display cases but also helping every customer that came to the lumber area and needed help! He worked so hard to make sure they were cut right and the frames were pretty. He made sure the hinges were going to hold the boards. He helped me make sure I could carry them & they would lock for me. He didn’t ask anything from me. He just truly went above and beyond to help a woman who would have been in tears, frustrated, mad and would have given up after 1 attempt that probably would have taken me all day. He helped me get 7 display cases made & helped not only my ability to help the veterans at the FRed Lobsters 4th Annual Military Appreciation Celebration but he truly showed how kindness is everywhere!! He could tell my measurements were not going to work and saved me from wasting money on having to buy lots of wood that would not have fit my measurements. And Mrs Smith helped find the perfect hardware to make my cases pretty & sturdy. This kind of team work is amazing not only for a store but also to know they are a married working together couple who together make sure the customer is taken care of. No I didn’t know them before today. Yes I sent them friend requests cause I think this kind of care & kindness needs to be shouted from the rooftops!!! I was also reminded by my sister I probably wouldn’t have even been able to completed one framed pegboard cause I have what’s diagnosed as low brain pressure and leaning over causes so much pain I would have ended up in the hospital getting pain meds. So they not only helped me for my event, they helped me keep from having a medical episode. Mr & Mrs Smith I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Home Depot I hope this message reaches the highest people possible and don’t worry I plan on messaging corporate cause this type of customer service of going above & beyond and not expecting anything in return is rare now a days and today you made me a customer always! Yes I took photos cause heck yes I am honored to have met a man so caring and kind today. Thank you!!! Y’all please share this so this type of kindness and amazing customer service is seen by others

The store was very clean and the cashier in the garden center was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question I had and never made me feel like a burden for having so many questions. I believe his name was Juan.

usually have what i need, so this store is my first stop. Sells staff are knowledgeable all the way too and including the cashiers. They had the best deal for our product with delivery that met our needs and times, and on the date we ask for. Store always clean including the restrooms. Associates always ready to help and know where the products you need are located.

I found the products I needed easily. Everything was in stock and easy to reach. Associates directed me exactly to the aisle I needed for one product I had never bought before. There were many associates on the floor and it was easy to get help. At least 2 associates asked if I needed help finding anything without me having to ask. The store was clean and associates were both friendly and helpful.

The store is clean and convenient. The associates are knowledgeable and eager to assist.

The cashier was not completely knowledgeable on my purchase products. So he immediately set me up with a person to not only load my purchase but to also help me to save $397.17 on a 1354.64 purchase! This was done by simply slightly increasing my purchase for a huge savings! The lumber and building materials area was freshly cleaned and organized. A pleasant surprise for a mid day purchase in an area with bags of concrete and other dusty products!

Last minute purchase on Christmas eve and Shirley was so nice and cheerful. It's so nice to have an employee actually smile, especially on Christmas eve when the stores are so crowded.
