Have purchased several major appliances through Home Depot.

I was shopping for a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer. The lady who helped me, Marla, was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in a down home, Texas style that is becoming more and more rare these days. When I picked out a GE refrigerator, she pointed out a sale on GE appliances that would save me $150 if I also bought a GE washer and GE dryer. All three products were available for delivery within a week, which is pretty amazing, given the current supply chain problems. The store was clean, pleasant, and well organized. The product displays are attractive.

Purchased the joker Halloween decoration. The original product broke the first day it was assembled. Was able to exchange for same item. 2nd joker broke in exact same place within 2 weeks of purchase, unfortunately 2 days before our Halloween haunted house. Home depot was unable to exchange as item was out of stock, and since had been reduced 50% as clearance, refused to refund for original purchase price, only offered 107 in store credit for a 200$ purchase.

Did curbside pickup. Checked in waited 15 minutes no one came. Went inside to pick up my order and they didn't even know I had checked in. Store wasn't busy because when I went to the counter three people were just standing around talking about what they were going to do after work.

The cashier Kay was very friendly, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She made our shopping visit worthwhile! Thank you Kay!

The store manager Jen and the assistance employee's Michael, Destynee,and Melanie, truly made me feel special. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't let me leave without doing everything possible to satisfy me, no matter how long it took. This type of service blew my mind, because you don't get this everywhere you go. This has proven to me that they truly care about their customers. I most definitely will be returning,and getting the word out about The Home Depot in Longview Texas. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! GREAT PRICES!!!

Always eager to help and a well organized store. My go to for whatever we need for appliances, contractor supplies, and every day needs. Associates are knowledgeable.

I was not satisfied with customer service at all! Please, read the survey to see what all happened. One lady was extremely rude! We told her before we ever started that my granddaughter was approved for $500.00 and the rest of the total was to go on my card that has an $8,000.00 limit. She messed it all up. She put in we were paying cash of $10,000.00. I could have but that was not the agreement I had with my granddaughter. Somehow the $100.00 coupon that my granddaughter had for opening a new acct was throwing her off also. She never apologized to any of us. She just gave it all to another associate to handle. The associate that sold us the washer & dryer was fantastic. We walked from the the front of the store to the back several times trying to get this solved.

Great store. Employees like Maria and James from Garden are national treasures. We need more of them and less the people who don't really like their jobs and it shows.

I purchased the Safety Rails for Toilet for my 95 year old mom @ this store & gives her stability & Maria was very helpful in helping me locate in the store.

I was absolutely empresses by the quick service we recieved at this stire last Thursday! I had been looking at a new appliance for several months at this store as well as others! But after a 45 min wait at another local store, and got nowhere or even any information by the employee... we left and came back to this store! Upon being ask we received top rate service by Trish!!! Thank you so much for giving us all the information and explaining to us about the product I was looking at! Awesome! I was very impressed and extremely impressed! If anyone needs an appliance, ask for TRISH!!! ❤️ I think she gets to the Longview Lowe’s after noon? I spent a lot of money on my appliance, and got the service we needed. Nice clean place to shop, good prices and an unusual sense of courtesy and appreciation on the part of the employees of how the transactional cycle works, and the importance of helpful assistance to the customers they assist.

It was not the store , it was the employee that went the extra mile for me.

Very bad customer service. Very rude. Especially in plumbing department. Employee refused to help us because he was “too busy”. Will not be returning. Especially to this location.

Employee working in appliances today doesn’t know anything about the appliances. Just order online. Hopefully, she was just filling in.

Chuck and Mike in the outdoor department area were very helpful in our artificial tree selection. Once we decided to purchase the tree, we found that the floor display model was the only one left in that particular tree. They were courteous. Chuck and Mike both helped us load the display tree and walked us up to the courtesy counter where we met with Brenda who helped us get checked out. She also was very courteous and helpful.

The Longview Home Depot is always clean,workers are so professional and always willing to help and take you to the area the items you are looking for.

The employees at the front desk to pickup orders are all so very friendly and helpful.

Employees here are extremely friendly. I needed help finding some of the items I was looking for and Felicia at the customer service desk was so helpful she walked me to each location to find exactly what I needed. Thank you Felicia!!!
