This store is my FIRST CHOICE for hardware, lumber, electric, plumbing, household items, yard and garden, appliances you name it - they are first!

I bought all my hand tools and power tools (klein tools & milwaukee) at HD store for my electrical projects, not issues or complains and when need exchange any tool they gave me a new tool for the live warranty of them. I would like HD sells knipex, snap on, and Hilti brands.

Employees were very helpful and friendly

The cinnamon cones and brooms smell fantastic. ( they ought to place em through out the store). Don’t ya just love to browse the store? All the things you wish you owned? I just shop for needs not wants but it sure is fun to browse!

I just bought my fridge from Home depot and could not be more pleased. Kari S helped us and she was so very helpful . She made the deal so enjoyable .

Much to our disbelief we had the best experience looking for window blinds with two of the customer service agents, Ruth and Tai. Both were friendly and efficient!

I go to check out and there are no checkers open, only self checkout. Then after I'm done an employee chases me down insists on looking through my stuff for stolen goods. Do your job and check me out, or don't treat us like criminals after we've done your job.

I appreciate the employees at this store. They are helpful and professional AND kind!

I am an electrical contractor and they almost always have all of the residential material that I need to purchase. I would give five stars but when I went there yesterday they Did not have any people manning the cashier stations, they only had the self check out kiosks available.

Just completed purchasing two french doors using online tools at homedepot.com. It was a great experience. Timothy guided us through our options and was very helpful.

Allen helped me looked for some lumber I was looking for he was extremely helpful and kind he shows the true meaning of a cashier and the store employees were cery helpful too

I bough some batteries for my photography shop I own and Allen my cashier was so helpful he help me find what I was looking for and very friendly and pleasant to have as my cashier in outside garden

Went in today for some plumbing things to fix a broken pipe and Mr Thomas was great he helped me to get what I needed

I paid for an installation in March and find out 2 months going on 3 months later that my order(doors) was discontinued. My question was they not aware of this when I paid over $2,000 and submitted the order to be shipped. The vendor lacks communication and they have pushed back a project I was having done and had to put off due to waiting on these doors to come to match the color correctly. Really upsets me because this is the 2nd incident i've had with installation, the first time was in 2018 when I had some flooring done.

Thank you Jose for helping me out in the lawn and garden on 5-24-22. He went out of his way to help me with my landscape design and made it even better!

I need a lot of decking and siding lumber ,Troya , was there to help me. Wow she was helpful, funny , and knew her job. I purchased much more then i needed.

Had it not been for Walter and Mark helping me custom order my door, I probably would have left and gone to your competitor. I appreciate them being willing to help despite being very busy. They went above and beyond.

Home Depot is a great store to purchase all the home necessities for remodeling, improving, or in repairing unexplected things that need to be fixed right away. I have bought many tools, paint, lumber, and garden things. They are the store to go to.

Employees just walking around and no one seems to be able to help in the window section

The person helping me in customer service was extremely helpful and informative. Calling the manager to make sure my difficult questions were answered correctly.

GC and Tonda took time to help me find just what I needed. I’ve worked in some form of retail for the last 40 years. I’ve done service, trained service and appreciate great service. So nice that my home town Home Depot has solid folks working the floor to help customers!

I was looking for a LED Security Light to be place in my back yard.

I can go to other hardware stores and the things that i need are usually not on the shelf. I have to put in an order just to get the part to the store the next day so i can go pick it up. It turns into a huge price because of shipping which is ridiculous. At Home Depot they have tons of little hardware that i am needing for my projects and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to get it. The app that Home Depot has for the store is really helpful trying to find things in the store. If the app doesn't help you then a worker there will. I enjoy going to Home Depot alot for my projects I have at my house.
