Great experience again , I live here in Derry and very convenient location too . Each visit is welcoming from the staff ,who actually makes eye contact, and greeted with a smile . Keep up the good work.

This location has the best customer service around throughout the entire store. Anything that's wrong is fixed immediately! Love it!

I was at the Londonderry store today. All protocols were in place for 6 ft distancing at the register and the customer service line. Store was spotless and each staff member had on gloves. Very important in these uncertain times

Being a contractor and having visited several Home Depots in my work travels, I find this location to be very clean, organized, and well stocked. The knowledgable staff there are always eager to assist, I keep comparing other locations to this one!

This store is one of the most helpful I have ever used. Never have to search for an employee and usually will approach you first to see if you need assistance. Great service.

All of the associates were friendly and helpful. I was able to find the product and ask questions. The store was clean as well

I’ve been going to this store for quite a few years and when you need help no ones around I think you should put in a help button in the isles. I think that might help a lot.

I've being going here since it opened several years ago, and quite honestly have NEVER had a bad experience at this store. They are always available to provide assistance and answer any question you might have.

I called the store, Lumber department, and the man located and item quickly for me and told me there were several boxes of them. The other stores did not have them in stock and offered no alternatives.

If you need to shop at Home Depot in Southern NH, the Londonderry, NH store is by far the best option. They have experts throughout the store who are friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of home improvement... plumbing, flooring, cabinets, electrical, lumber... and their customer service and pro desk has excellent, customer oriented employees who are knowledgeable and happy to help. You can't go wrong!

Dan the manager offers very poor customer service, caught him in a lie and then he got upset with me. Gave him all the information needed to process a warrantee replacement, he said we were all set, drove an hour and half there to find out he didn't call the department needed before they closed, we then sat their for a hour and half and they still couldn't figure out how to honor the warrantee

Had bad experience with some of the employee there.

I had MULTIPLE Santa's Helpers assist me today. And, WOW!, it made me feel GREAT! First, I would like to cite TWO Cashiers for their assistance both today and yesterday. I forgot to cite Caitlin for her pro-active assistance yesterday, as I was checking out. She was of great help! Thank you, Caitlin. Today, my Cashier was Cheryl, who also went out of her way to make a good day even better. Way to go, Cheryl!! Absolutely GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from both of these folks who should be recognized for their service to H D Customers! Also, Today, I was assisted in the TOOLS Section by John!! He helped us find what we were looking for, and then went & secured the second half of the present, as it was not located adjacent to the primary present. REALLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and totally unexpected. Although I know that great Customer Service is the "norm" in H D, these small acts went "Above & Beyond", and should be recognized as such. Kudo's to ALL THREE

Home Depot in Londonderry NH is my go to store when I need something for home repair or minor improvements. The employees are courteous and friendly, very helpful. For the most part the store is very clean, however, there have been a couple of times when I needed to get down an isle but there was a pallet in the way. Other than that, my experience at HD Londonderry, NH is usually very good.
