I think this store is very well stocked and the associates are very knowledgeable of the products. They are always happy people willing to help .Store is well kept clean hard in theses time of covid 19. Keep up the good work Londonderry Home depot.

This store generally has an outstanding stock. Most importantly, the employees are outstanding, knowledgeable and always ready and pro-active to help.

Clean store, easy to navigate.

I am new to the area so it's always nice having the convenience of The Home Depot near by. Even more so, the staff always seems to be willing to help me and my wife with project questions.

The store in Londonderry is one of the largest in New Hampshire, and the folks who work there/here are the best!! I have been here a lot lately, assisting my Son in his efforts, and whenever we visit, we always get the BEST service from everyone. Having said that, I MUST "single out" SHAWNA as always going WAY "Above & Beyond" whenever we meet when she is "On Duty". Always pleasant, and very Professional, smiling, having a great demeanor, even though on some days, she has not had a "Good Day". We converse, she & I, and my Son at times, always talk about something GOOD going on in town, and she seems to feel better after we talk. Her smile, due to Covid, I really miss. Hoping that it will be back where I can see it, even thought I know it is hiding right now. She definitely "Makes my Day"!

The store was clean and reminders about social distancing were posted in many areas. There were disinfectant wipes available for the carts at the entrance. The checkout employee identified my purchase accurately from my order number on my Iphone and another store employee picked the item out from the 7 remaining on the shelf . I waited about 2 more minutes for a receipt to be handed to me after receiving my purchase which was charged to my home depot card.

I have been buying the Traeger wood pellets from HD as they are the closest retailer that carries them. They sell for $18.99 for a 20Lb bag. There are signs posted on the display that show "Bulk Price Buy 4 or More $14.99". The first time that I bought these was at the Salem NH store. The cashier had a hard time getting the $14.99 price and had to have a supervisor override the price. I went to the South Nashua NH yesterday and had the same problem but the cashier and supervisor argued with me even after I showed them the sign. I left without buying anything. I went to the Londonderry NH store where KJ new exactly what the pricing problem was and corrected it for me immediately. 5 Stars for KJ. 1 star for the store as this problem has been going on for a long time.

If you are a vet a be wary...I asked for a Veteran Discount and was denied because I wasn’t a disabled or active duty vet and then was lectured on why I didn’t qualify. I will never visit this or any other Home Depot again! If I could give it Negative Stars i would.

When I first moved into Derry in 2002 I believe the store was built shortly after, and I have been using this store for much of my home improvement supplies and appliances. When I went there today, I was not able to find the type of light fixture I wanted. I was also looking for information about making a major remodel for my bathroom and was not able to get someone to help me with information about installing a heated floor and all the things I would need. This store is going down hill in my eyes.

First time in quite awhile that there were available cashiers instead of 'self-serve checkout'.

Great place to shop for everything home related. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and I get in and out fast with what I need so that I can get home and work on my home improvement projects! Also, the cleanliness was impeccable!

Great store, friendly people, most items easy to find. ample parking. And they give a veterans discount!

The store was clean, well set up for COVID-19 protocols, and the associates friendly. Customer service rep. James was very helpful in explaining the differences and benefits of LED light bulbs vs traditional. This helped me make my purchase with confidence. I will definitely be returning to this store and would feel comfortable referring others to it.

I felt safe in the store. Everyone was wearing masks and maintaining distance. The checkout was quick because they had enough people working the registers.The associates were pleasant and helpful.

Great store friendly helpful associates. Cashier Christine was very helpful today. Very clean and organized. Covid protocols all in place and effective . Its all available even for those that don't want to believe. Got help loading my purchase without really asking.

If your looking for an appliance and not really sure what you want / need they are very knowledge friendly and helpful. I had a horrible experience with SEVERSAL other retailers up until the point f taking a chanced andf just walking into Home Depot. John made every thing very clear and SUPER easy.

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to your question they'll find the best employee in the store to help you. Plus, the store is typically clean and organized. Paul Shannon is VERY knowledgeable in EVERY department. I seek his advice with almost every project that I do and I always ask Paul's advice and he never lets me down. He has saved me time, money and frustration with his good advice. Sometime I have questions about a product but sometimes I ask for Paul's advice about my approach or design of a project; which he happily helps me with. He ALWAYS adds to my projects with his good advice and experience. I also like that many times Paul walks me to the correct department and helps me select the right product, (if he's available to do so and doesn't have other customers waiting).

The sales person in the appliance department was very well informed on the products we wanted and very friendly.

Both Tyler & Shannon went out of their way to insure that my Son & I had a top-notch experience in out local Londonderry NH Home Depot. They are to be commended for "going the extra mile" in Customer Service.

Tried to buy some plywood - there was a bunch of junk material in its spot on the shelf. Was told there was a new pallet available, but THREE pages over intercom, FOUR associates, and TWO phone calls from cashier - NOBODY came to provide customer assistance.

Everyone at store extremely friendly and helpful. Always find what I'm looking for and answers to all my questions

One of the best Home Depots - usually well stocked - great helpful staff.

After 1.5 hours wasted I finally found out there ws no help in plumbing you'd think management would of heard the several request over the intercom for help a d take a second to inform me....at least associates tried to get me help!
