I frequent this location as part of my regular home upkeep routine mostly because I recognize an am also recognized by the employees when I walk into the store. A certain employee, Tom, was at during the summer of 2019 a senior in high school, searched for a bag of soil for succulent plants while I continued to shop for additional items. Tom successfully found the item for me that had arrived the previouos day but not yet been put on the floor. Another employee, Robert, has gone to great lengths to help me time and again in the garden department. Robert has even gone beyond and assisted me when I casually mentioned that I was considering the purchase of a wood pellet stove, by researching on the stores computers the model that would best suit my needs and fir within my home. Enjoy the visits to the store and will visit the store above all other home improvement stores when I have the need for ANYTHING for my home.

This store employs some of the most impressive and professional people around. I don’t say that lightly. Obviously their work culture program is working, because all the young people there were industrious and polite. I’d go to this store over any other in the area, the store manager should be commended for building and maintaining that environment, as well as all the frontline supervisors. Keep up the good work everyone.

Londonderry NH store has more stock to choose from.

As I said in the survey, your employee K.J. was extremely helpful. I was looking for velcro and she told me exactly where to find it. She knows the store very well. She gave me some helpful hints on using the products and as it turned out she was spot on. She thanks her mother for some of her knowledge. When I got to the registers, there she was again. She directed me to a register and proceeded to ring up my order herself.

A good place to find the materials needed for some improvements in our home.

Virtually ALL of the Cashiers who "work" the "Contractor Checkout" are great, BUT I've had the best reception and interface with SHAWNA. Her positive attitude and smile make coming to H-D and spending $$ a pleasure. She ALWAYS says, "HELLO" whenever I walk through the entrance. And now she remember my name, too. She should get positive recognition & feedback for her EXCELLENT Customer-focused attitude & disposition.

The cashier was a very rude individual. When I asked if the machine read the chip she rudely said it’s not a chip reader it’s something else. Use the slide! No thank you, no come back no kiss my butt!

I found most, but not all of the vegetable plants I was hoping to find, but what "made" my shopping experience was the garden center cashier, Nathan. I could tell by his mask that Nathan is a Londonderry High School student, but despite wearing a mask, I could tell Nathan was smiling when greeting me. His welcome was warm and genuine. During check-out, he seemed genuinely interested in our conversation and was engaging, all while competently scanning my items. As I left the garden center with my purchases, I found myself smiling and in a good mood from the experience. The Londonderry Home Depot is lucky to have this friendly young man as an employee.

I made $300 in returns! But their only option is to get the cash back on my card? Huh? I want to exchange it for other things without putting back all the items on my cards! I should have the option to exchange it or have returns on my card! At other stores this is possible why is it hard for home depo to do it. The customer service is awful. Samantha and Stephanie at customer service have no idea what they’re doing. I have no issues at Your competition. Whatever is left over goes back on card! That’s why so much fraud occurs, becuAyse you guys just want access to our credit cards. And when there’s a breach you want to pay you $8 in a class action lawsuit! Change the way this is done! It’s ridiculous! I want one transaction and whatever is left over will go back as a return!

Great location 10 minutes from my home. Great friendly staff always willing to make sure they go the extra mile to help you. Store is always well stocked and neat. Been in many Home Depots and this location is far and away the best one hands down.

The store employee was very helpful in helping me find the best product refrigerator and dishwasher that was available in my price range and could get in a timely manner.

Awful! Awful! I stop by to make an exchange and when I finally had everything I needed I went to the customer service center to do my exchange I realize that I got an incorrect item and asked if someone could go and get the right item for us, People were standing around not doing anything the cashier by the name of Bethany told me that no one here at the customer service center is allowed to go and get an item. Uh what? Why can’t you go do your job? . I decided I will go get the item myself and when I went to the trim area to locate the item I was looking for I was unable to locate it it took seven people to actually help me everyone just passed me off to someone else or just ignored us! or said that the item was in stock when it was in stock online. I had to finally speak to a manager who finally said that none of the employees they’re responsible for restocking items and that’s why everything is so on organized at this Home Depot. He just shifted the blame too in the trim area! lol awful job here. No one should pass someone along to another employee. Or say the item is out of stock if they can’t find it! Find it! DO YOUR JOB! I see it on the app! I’ve always said these employees should be licensed tradespeople. Not regular people who don’t care, aren’t knowledgeable at all they have never built a house why do they work there? This is so off! I have been a manager In retail and this store needs to be retrained! No one is friendly, and when you ask for help they leave you there with other employees that have no clue! Store manager! Get to work!

Best paint service hands down.

They did not have the exact water heater I was looking for at the Plaistow store while shopping online so I called them and they checked surrounding stores and made sure there was one for me at the Londonderry store. Went off without a hitch. I had hot water back in 36 hours due to home depot, my electrician and plumber.

Debbie in the garden center in the Londonderry, NH location is AMAZING! She is very bright and cheery - greeted me right away, made convo and asked if I needed help. We ended up talking about our love of plants and watering succulents etc. She showed me this moisture meter she used at work to test the soil moisture - I never knew Home Depot had these and bought one because of her! I was thanked for my business and invited to come back. This is EXCELLENT customer service and sadly it’s hard to find now a days, so I truly appreciate this experience. I live closer to other HD locations but choose to drive to Londonderry as it always has a great selection of items in stock, friendly employees, clean store and short lines! Thank you :)

Super Busy Sunday at Londonderry Home Depot. So amazing that we had plenty of help picking out tile. The representative was super helpful and did not leave us until we picked out the perfect tile. She was great. Unfortunately I do not recall her name.

Took time to browse the store for future purchases. Relaxing, employees ALL asked if they might help me, I just took my time. Saw quite a few item which I will be purchasing as the weather gets BETTER. Cashier Helen was her AWESOME self, as I would expect. I am a novice and it seems most often when I'm looking for something, I have lots of questions. The employees in every department that I've needed have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I find everyone here to be knowledgeable and friendly. The store is usually clean which I like since I don't like climbing over boxes and going around stock like in some other stores to get what I want.

Dante in the painting department is awesome! He is so attentive in his area. I’ve been there on multiple occasions and he always helps me. He doesn’t know it’s me over and over because I have a mask on, but he is friendly and is extremely helpful! He should be a manger soon! Good job Dante! I stopped in one day to let the mangers know you do an awesome job but manager wasn’t around! Keep up the good work.

Employees empty your lumber off a cart that is actively being used while you shop. Ridiculous ! Bare shelves in electrical and product in wrong spots on shelves.
