The garden center is nice, but the quality of customer service is below average, especially at the customer service desk. If you are looking for good customer service this is not your choice.

The associates at the customer service is friendly and helpful.

There are some great well respectful staff,who offers the best customer service at our Loganville Home Depot!

They went above and beyond to get us the window ac unit we wanted. It wasn't even on display yet and they moved mountains to get it to us

Tonya was very kind and helpful. She directed me to an area of the store where I was able to save 70% off my two pieces of lumber I was needing. Then she graciously checked me out and made me feel appreciated. Cindy, Janell, Faye and Brandy at the Pro Desk were very friendly and welcoming as well. 5 stars *****

The people at the Pro Desk desk are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier Cindy at 1 every morning is one of the best you have on staff. She is always smiling and helping anyway she can. Good job to everyone!

Lumber area Cust Service people very responsive when I asked for assistance in getting my truck jump started. Check out staff Jenny was very friendly and in a jolly mood. Love her smile

Excellent customer service and a well-stocked store made our recent visit so pleasant. As senior citizens, they had mobile carts charged, and helped expedite our check out. Best experience in a store since the pandemic began.

Store and team were great as usual and the Veteran discount is always appreciated. It is VERY inconvenient; however, to require my husband to be present every time I want to go to HD. Could you please allow the spouse to be able to utilize this discount if we can show our ID w/ same home address. Again, much appreciated, but not very good customer service.

Horrible appliance experience. Purchased online since September. Received 2 damaged products and today they can't find my purchase so I didn't receive my delivery and have to wait until Thursday. PS I have been eating out since last week. Rolling my eyes.
