I came into this Home Depot, to inquire about installation services, for a product I had purchased from this store, back in 2020, which I never follow up on. Tasha was very helpful and took care of my request quickly, expertly and was just very friendly and pleasant.

Sydney Harvey was very helpful, service was very good also

The customer service sales cashier, Erica, really goes above and beyond to help you meet your shopping needs.

Don’t expect any help at this store. Waited 20 minutes in plumbing and no one ever showed. Couldn’t find any help in flooring either. Won’t go back.

I was outside in the Home and Garden section looking for terracotta saucers, and while I was pulling a couple from the shelf, a black male worker who was wearing a Home Depot T-shirt and apron, pushing something in his hand walked up to me and told me to move. I was like excuse me, I’m a customer shopping, he responded, I know but you need to move out of my way because you’re standing in from of items I need to get to. He proceeded to tell me that whenever items are wrapped in plastic they are awaiting to be unpacked and shelved and that I needed to get the items I need and move. I told him he needed to wait until I was done. I left and looked for a manager and found an aisle with associates and asked where I could find a manager. One of the white male associates that identified himself as “Richard “ asked me to take him to where the incident occurred and what happened and advised me that he would take care of it. I wanted to let someone know in management so that this won’t happen again to someone else.

I really want to extend a big thanks to Cherine, Thurshonda and Christie for tackling a refund issue I struggled with. They spent more than 1 hour working with me. Their professionalism, patience and perseverance to help me was nothing short of phenomenal. I'm extremely happy with the service and help at this location.

This is one of the most proficient employees store, from Jeff, who seems to know everything in every department, to Sydney in appliances and Gabby T in paint, and the hardest working customer service employee, Jana. These guys know their stuff and are patient, kind and sincere. Go see these people, you will not be disappointed!

While having a good shopping experience, when checking out Desmond ask if I found everything. And I replied, I was looking for the 10lb bag of smart seed in Bermuda mix, and no attempt to inquire or seek to see if there was, he simply said, “I don’t think we have larger sizes!” There was a $10 off of a $30 bag. He continued to cash me out as a cashier would. I see why Desmond is a cashier.

I brought the String lights for my Patio and they’re great.

My husband and I shopped at this Ho.e Depot today for the first time and were impressed with service, help and checkout. The store was clean and everyone friendly. Mike U really make the trip worthwhile for us. We have a remodeling project that needed a lot of attention and knowledge. He superceded our expectations with his humility, patience and knowledge even assisted us with carrying and loading all materials. Cindy our cashier was also marvelous. She make the chexkout process of all that material very easy and also helped to push our other cart outside for us. We were very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of these two individuals at Home depot. I am very big on customer service and can certainly say "they nailed it: Thank you, wr appreciate it!

Huge thanks to Pat and Richard in electrical. You are both rock stars and it was so encouraging to see you guys doing your job in a way that is so rare to see anywhere anymore. Keep it up. It’s noticed and greatly appreciated.

Todd in Appliances gave extra good service when I was shopping for a freezer. He showed me options that I would have otherwise not seen.

My experience everytime I enter into home depot is amazing. Customer Service at this location is the best I've ever seen. All the employees great you when you enter the store and take time out to ask you can they help you find anything. This is amazing to me.

We purchased a refrigerator today and had a very good experience. Our Sales person, Sydney Harvey, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is amazing. If you are going to this store, please ask for Sydney. We will.

This store customer friendly employee is Jeff. He helps everyone no matter what you are looking for if he is not sure he will look it up on the Home Depot Phone and point you too it. Best Customer Service Ever

I have been doing a bathroom remodel and the staff at this Home Depot have been awesome i helping me with the purchases. Always happy to let me open the boxes and inspect for damage; assisted with getting the items to the vehicle; replaced a shower fixture set that had missing parts. Everyone is kind and considerate. Great people and awesome customer service!

staff are approachable when asked about the products and made options available

They are always willing to assist and help, they speak to you when you enter and even though everyone is short staffed they are truly working to help all customers…regardless of the poor work force right now!!!!

No one greets you, helps you or tries to even acknowledge your presence in the store. When did Home Depot values change?

My family and I came to the Loganville location today to buy a dishwasher. Not only was the store clean and the staff friendly but the prices of appliances were really great! We were very impressed with the customer service and will be receiving our new dishwasher this month.

I shop at the Loganville Home Depot on a regular basis. The BEST employee award should go to Jenny W. She is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to assist in any way that she is needed.
