I have never had a problem with any other departments but today Tammy from the Paint department acted annoyed as I was unsure which brand of paint to go with. After I made my selection she walked over to her computer and proceeded to whisper to her co-worker who then look over at me. I asked him if she had said something about me and she quickly answered “no” as she turned red. I told her to cancel the paint and decided to go to Sherwin Williams.

One day there are a sea of orange vests and all willing to help then the very next week, not a single orange vest available. One person gives great advice from one department and the expectation is until you visit another department and they are clueless. I go in now hoping to get a glimpse of the elusive store manager.

Home Depo employees offer first class services and I love the discounts on products!

I had enjoyed my experience shopping at this location. The customer service is great. I had received a suggestion on my project installation along with a scheduled work shop to give me tips on proper installation of the DYI.

I shop here because of its location. Things are not always available, though.

Placed a fence order last week which consisted of many items. All was well until I picked up the items and the concrete bags were not covered from the rain. Long story short, they replaced the bags without a thought and extended my time for the truck rental. That’s how you treat your customers!!! Thank you Richard, Margo, Adrienne, Emanuel, Taylor and Tasha for making that day stress/pressure free!

I needed to advice on how to install an electrical outlet in my home. I spoke to Steve Bolesten? just Steve in the aisle 34-36 electrical department at Loganville Home Depot today. He was amazing. Been going to Home Depot for 30 years, and he was the kindest,most respectable, and knowledgeable Home Depot employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made sure I walked out of the store with the products I needed to safely install my new wall electrical outle Great job!!!

Everyone that worked in the garden center today November 27, 2022, did an amazing job. The greeters were wonderful the young man cutting the tree limbs off were wonderful the cashier was wonderful and the guys Mike you and Dawson were awesome. We come there every year to get a tree for Christmas, and they definitely made us feel welcome. A big thank you to the young man that was trimming the tree lambs helped us take a family photo.

Cherine was awesome super helpful, makes me want to come back to home depot.

Sydney Harvey who is no kin to Steve Harvey is the best guy to look for at Home Depot. What I thought was going to be a tedious process turned out to be the easiest purchase ever and I was well educated on the to do's and not to do. Learned about the different features. Ask for Sydney if you go to Home Depot in Loganville.

The manager, Tasha, dealt with my issue with great customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure that a problem created by Home Depot online ordering was taken care of.

I know I will be using some of the 70 piece impact set on future projects. Of course, I hope it works out for me. I know I will be using the Ryobi 11" Flexible Mag Bit Holder to reach bolts that way too deep for me to reach in my own car's engine. Shew! I am so relieved they make Flexible Mag Bit Holders nowadays.
