Great experience, every time I visit the Lemmon Avenue location. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. There is an elderly gentleman who greets me every time at the entrance, smiling and making me feel welcomed.

If you need help with a fridge, or large appliance, ask for Deborah! She was great!!

If you looking to purchase an appliance, ask for Freddie Amaya. He knows about all brands and he truly cares about you finding the right one for your specific needs.

We went in to buy a refrigerator and received excellent help from Brad in appliances.

The store is dirty and disorganized. My last visit, I had to dig through boxes of tile to find the bull nose tiles I was looking for. The web site said there were 102 in stock, I only managed to get 10. The staff is friendly and helpful, but they can't find things either. The ONLY reason I go to this location is that it is close to a remodel job I'm working on and the other home improvement store that is practically across the street doesn't stock the brand of tile I'm installing.

Terrible service. I wanted to order flooring for my home. It took forever for her to work up the quote and then she scheduled a time to come measure. They no showed me after 4 hours of waiting. I called the store and it took five times to try and talk to the person that was handling my order. I had to finally talk to store manager who was still unhelpful. I was told twice I would get a call right back and nothing. It turned out it was never scheduled correctly. They offered no solution and I asked for my $35 measuring fee to be refunded and they "weren't sure they could do that." I will never shop here again! Rude, unhelpful employee and store manager.

Great selection especially in the garden center. Amazing array of plants. Way cheaper than nearby nurseries. Unless you’re looking for something rare, try Home Depot first for all your plant needs!

James in Gardens is a great asset to the company since he takes the time to assist you in any way. a person like that makes the whole difference in the entire store.

This Home Depot is simply the best. I can't say enough good things. I started going when I had some time off and was getting into carpentry. The staff there helped me find the perfect table saw for my price point and never made me feel insecure about being a beginner. Their customer service is always on point. They make returns quick and easy without any hoops to jump through.

The store has stuff everywhere, there were no buggies available, everything is broken as far as Lumber, everything was crooked, the service was HORRIBLE and RUDE they didn't have any red flags. Never again!!!

Not For building screens, at least. They sell products without complete accessories to finish the job!! 1" wide frames but not 1" wide corner connectors.. hmmmm??? Over week they are out of several screen items. Associate looked it up and shows the order app was never prompted to order although they were out for a while... Hmmmm

I shop regularly and usually get great information (plumbing/ bath/ Electrical) but this kid in the Tool dept. couldn't tell another lady nor me where Laser Levels were nor Drill Chuck keys. We were in the TOOL area where both Drills and Laser levels are located... there are 2 aisles. hmmmm Maybe he should fo through a training session and be tested on general location of his department items.
