From the tool rental service employees to the floor, help to the checkout employees this Home Depot has the best train staff in the city. Everyone is respectful of every single person who comes in, no matter if they speak English or not, everyone feels respected and professional. Every day, master gardeners, and general citizens like myself feel like 1 million bucks when they leave this Home Depot. That is so sweet.

Almost everything is re-stocked and available to be grabbed, there staff is always willing to help even if its something they dont know, and after going to alot of homedepot throughout the dfw this store has become my go to store because of there availability and Environment.

My wife and I came in on one of the coldest days of the year. Julie made our day with her expertise and willingness to help us. We brought a washer and dryer even though it was cold she was great.

Upon check out, my mother was given a lecture on "patience" by Mark, the checkout clerk in the garden section. It was incredibly rude and I cannot believe he had the gall to speak to an employee in such a rude manner. She inquired whether there was any way to get more assistance buying a Christmas tree because there was such a long line. Instead he treated her far worse than any customer service experience either of us have ever had.

Pleshette, CSR; Greg, Manager and cashier Wilnesha are outstanding employees. Pleshette, went the extra mile to resolve the issues. Thank you!

I go out of my way to get my materials here since they typically carry more on hand and keep the shelves full compared to other Home Depot locations.

Visited 3 different Home Depots in the DFW area and this one was the best one. More organized, complete, and best customer service.

This Home Depot location is convenient and the store has some very helpful employees. Sterling is very knowledgeable about tools and he's resourceful about gift ideas. I really do appreciate his efforts to assist customers in such a professional manner by explaining ways to determine the best tools.

I went to return some chairs I didn't end up using. It was a quick process. I was immediately greeted and pull to a register to return my items.

I tend to get to know the employees as many of them have worked years at this store.

I shop Home Depot for all my home materials.

The store is so short staffed that management is so overwhelmed, that they release their frustrations with lack of sympathy and willingness to help.

The customer service and staff are nice friendly people.

It’s such a disappointment that I have to post this review, since other Home Depots I’ve been too has been so helpful. I moved from Houston and was looking for a certain bug spray that I wanted to get. Walked each aisle in Garden and decided to walk the store to find an employee, once we found an employee.. all he did was stated the aisle number and pointed where it should be. Never once did he try to attempt to walk me to show me the item. He stated that he was going to page someone from Garden to assist. No one ever showed up and we was able to find it on our own after searching for at least 25 mins.

JENNIFER ADDED HER EXPERTISE IN THE AREA (LOOKING FOR THE BEST INSECTICIDE) AND DESIREE CHECKED ME OUT. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED WAS KIND AND VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN!
