Glad to have this HD close to my home in Dallas. Their employees are really what separate them form the competition. Every time I have a project in mind they help me understand it and provide the best advice to how to do it better. Not too keen with their new checkout set up, it seems confusing and slows check out times down, but I guess that i applaud them for trying new things and maybe it just takes a little time to get familiar with it. Kudos HD employees

Not thrilled with this store right now. Maybe it's the case with all stores but I asked to talk to a manager about an order I returned. The clerk called someone and that someone wouldn't/couldn't come meet me or speak directly to me. It was an odd 3-way non-conversation where essentially I was told they didn't care if I bought anything there again (not those words but the answer to my question revealed that was their underlying intent). I realize my purchase was relatively small (under $200) so maybe they really don't care to keep me as a customer.

There are some exceptional employees at this store. There is years of knowledge, customer dedication and pride among them. It made for a great shopping experience!

This is the place to go for home, office, commercial or residential needs.

Whenever you can get in, buy what you need, get help if needed, and get out quickly, it doesn't get any better than that!

Store is very neat and organized. The employees are super helpful and very knowledgeable about anything you want to ask or know. Friendliest employees you find anywhere and willing to help the customers.

Mr. Jim is ALWAYS helpful, very informative and instructive in almost any matter I encounter!! Give the man a huge raise! He is reason SOOOOO many people go there... we all know Jim by name.

I recently bought an older home and have been to this location on a daily basis. The customer service is amazing! On most occassions I needed assistance with my purchase and associates were friendly and knowledgable. I will continue to shop at this location for years to come. Highly recommended!

This store,while very busy does a good job in assisting when you need help. The Home Depot app. is also a tremendous help and worth the effort to download.

Gustavo was standing in the cold at the garden center and made sure to greet me the moment I walked in. He showed me where the succulents and vegetables were located. He was very nice, courteous, and helpful. Wonderful customer service. I also got a good deal. I really recommend this location and will be returning.

Service is easy to obtain. Most staff are knowledgable on where items are located in the store and best products to use.

I visit the Lemmon Avenue store in Dallas on a regular basis. They are ALWAYS, friendly, warm and accommodating. The store is always clean and I am able to get assistance. More recently, I was returning items and was struggling trying to get the items in the basket and into the store, one of the associates saw me and came to help. I was most grateful for the help. If you are wondering through the store looking LOST, one of the associates passing will ask you if you need help/assistance in looking for something. I had a situation with a delivery, and I spoke with one of the assistant managers and they were able to resolve it and get my delivery to me. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and I know when I see great customer service and employees who go above and beyond. I have been in HR management for over 20-years and I truly understand how important it is to appreciate and value your employees. I hope your organization continues to value and appreciate the employees who make Home Depot a great place to shop!

You guys have the best friendly service that I've seen thought the Dallas Metroplex! I highly recommend this store, especially Mikey!
