Love Lebanon Home Depot

I would recommend this store to anyone the employees are very happy and helpful in finding what we need thank you

The associates at the major appliances department were very helpful and friendly. I did my research online first and then went in store to actually view the ones I was interested in. The salesperson was very helpful and was able to give me a delivery date. The appliances were delivered as promised. There still is such a thing as customer service at Home Depot! They nailed it in 5 days from the warehouse.

Adam is always super helpful and always has the answers we're looking for. Allison is always super friendly and we never go through any other cashier besides her.

The two sales persons we dealt with in this store were cheerful, enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable who made my wife and I happy to shop there!!! It was a very good experience for us too!

I was very happy with the service I got from your store and when I left there I had my handicapped husband with me with his scooter and it was really raining hard and I had a lot of help loading him in the car and his scooter on my trailer that I had to do most the time by my self, but thanks to some fellows , they came and helped me , it was Jan, 1, 2019 about 2:00 in the afternoon, A big thanks to all who helped me, And I’m thankful for all the help I got at the Home Depot store in Lebanon ,Pa, Great service and great help , we will be back ,

This store always has what we need for both indoor and out door projects. The quality of product is very good, and the staff is always ready to help locating what we need on our budget. Every time is an enjoyable and helpful shopping trip.

Employee was not very friendly and gave me false information. I ended up returning an item instead of exchanging it only to find out what I got home that she was incorrect in her information and I should have been able to exchange it.

Always clean, helpful and stocked. It was very easy to get in, find what I need and super quick to get things when needed.

Every time I have a need for tools or parts, for home improvements, I head to Home Depot. Usually have just what I need and the customer service is always top notch. Have never had any issues when visiting and have always received excellent customer care,

We have shipped at other Home Depot stores and said never going to another one.. Now we moved and found this store and the GREAT crew and it is the only store we need and use . The crew there was a great help from the guy in plumbing was great , customer service helping us ,and the cashier the walked us through all the stuff and helped us get a discount.

Running a store is not easy. This Home Depot is not perfect, but they're close. The employees are consistently helpful and friendly. Sometimes it takes a bit to find someone to help me, but when I do they are always willing to give me a hand. I enjoy shopping here which is why I keep going back.

A smaller Home Depot store, but clean, and stocked with as much fits in a smaller store. Plenty of friendly and helpful employees. Just need to work on their parking lot. It is too tight for full size pickups, plus it is pretty much a pothole heaven.

Cashier Ivon was very pleasant and professional during our checkout.

May be one of the smaller HD's in the chain, but the folks are extremely helpful and certainly not scarce as in other stores. If your tired of being greeted with a smile and tired of being approached to see if you need help, this store may not be for you. I for one find it refreshing and much prefer this experience vs. what I've experienced in some other big box stores. A great store to shop.

Don't ask Laura in the closet/organization section. She'll just turn on her heel, give you the dirtiest look and just point you in the right direction. Hey, everyone else was super nice!
