Went to this store for a couple items. Could not find what I was looking for, sales people walking around. Not one stopped to offer help, finally I stopped someone to ask, only to be told she was new and wasn’t sure. In this Covid time where we all need to be careful for ourselves and others, this is a store to avoid. They are not following the Home Depot policy shown on their website. Today, there were at least five young guys with no mask, no social distancing and the store was not limiting the number of customers shopping at any given time.

I have been shopping at the Lebanon Home Depot since it opened. They have helped me with many of my home projects. The store is clean, merchandise is well organized and he employees are friendly and always willing to help me. I greatly appreciate the Military discount and the cashiers thanking me for my service to my country. I plan to continue shopping there. Please keep up the good work!

This store is convenient, which is why I will return. But today I was extremely irritated to find some of the employees improperly "wearing" their face masks. Yahoos with their noses hanging out endangering the public is not what I expect from Home Depot.

The HD staff are good people that care. They always answer my questions an make sure my orders are not broken or banged up. The staff I deal with are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and organized. Great job Paul.

For the best customer service around, I highly recommend this location! The following individuals are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable: Mark, Zim, Juanita, Lorraine, AJ, Laura, Doris & Lisa. The store is always clean, and if the item you're looking for isn't on the shelf, the staff is happy to check the inventory to see if there are any in the store. And if there are some in stock, they will be sure to find them for you! Honestly, I haven't encountered anyone there who hasn't done their best to assist me in any way possible.

We can't speak highly enough of store employee, Tiffany!! She single handily helped us find a 92" traditional railing kit - the main reason we stopped in. There were none on the shelf, but Tiffany literally tracked one down for us, which was being unloaded from a semi trailer in the back of the store while we were there! Tiffany, the two ladies at the Pro Counter, and Zim, couldn't have been more helpful. They will be our "go to" people whenever we are at Home Depot and are in need of assistance! They deserve kudos and a raise!!!!

As an electrical contractor we rely heavily on HD for our milwaukee tools, etc. As such we were in the middle of a wiring job and one of our M18 drills burnt up. We went to the closest HD in Lebanon, PA and were accommodated by our cashier, JUANITA and Manager STEVE. The item we needed was an drill kit on sale but they were out of stock. Understanding our urgent need they provided the product that sold individual for much more for the sale price.

Just want to thank the Home depot in lebanon pa for adding Mercedes to the contractor sales team. She is always eager to help and learn all this needed to work with those of us in the renovation business

I've been dealing with the Lebanon Home Depot since it opened. I've always found what I need in stock and if need to order never had to wait for the products. They have helped with kitchen design and several other projects. A great place to shop .

CECE IN PAINT DEPARTMENT WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. BOTH JENS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK WERE NICE AND HELPFUL, I WAS MISSING A PIECE THAT HELPED FIND IT AND MAKE SURE I GOT IT.

If you're not sure exactly what you need but have an idea go to the Lebanon home Depot and rest assured you'll find the help you need to get the job done correctly with the right product.

Great store, location, ease of parking and friendly environment!

I was looking for some bolts and I couldn't find the right size I needed for the project I was working on. I went elsewhere to look but I could tell that the employee where I went really didn't want to help me. The service I got here was above and beyond what I was expecting. They didn't have the right size bolts I was looking for either but the gentlemen who helped me went and cut some bolts for me at the length I needed to finish the job I was working on. I'll definitely be going back to this store.

The store manager and the store in general was clean & very friendly! The products you want are easily accessible and if you can’t find them an employee will happily help you!

Every time I go into The Home Depot, the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! They always seem to go out of there way to see if I need assistance. I appreciate them going the extra mile!
