I have not been so pleased at a store as I was at my local Home Depot today. They were very friendly and helpful and served us quickly and even helped us load our lawn mower in the car as my husband is disabled and can not lift. Even employees who we happened to just walk by while shopping acknowledged us with a smile and How are you or Hi. You don't get that any many stores

Well stocked, clean store with an abundance of friendly and very helpful employees.

Store does not have a wide enough selection. Return policy sucks. Management has poor dispute resolution skills.

Excellent service

Terrible experience. I got the plywood cut into pieces that I needed but I ended up paying almost $30 for a piece that was tagged at $4.57. I only picked that piece to be cut because it was cheap but it wasn't the correct label. There was no price tag for the piece I picked the employee told me after showing him where I got it from.

It is nice to be able to find an associate to ask questions. Clean store, friendly, knowledgeable associates. Like shopping at the Lebanon store. Eric F. was helpful on our quest to find a replacement patio door. Gave us good advice and options so we were able to select an Anderson patio door that matched our needs.

When my online order was delayed, I was frustrated. Michele, the Customer Service Representative, was patient and kind as she helped me select another in-store product that solved this problem. I highly recommend the Lebanon Home Depot, especially their Customer Service Department!

The Home Depot employees are friendly eager to assist you; they are knowledgeable about the merchandise they are selling and if they don’t know the answer they get someone else who will know. I have been shopping there for years and never had any bad experiences. I recommend everyone to shop there for the household needs.

Years ago, it was hard to find someone to help you at this store, but if that turned you off and you haven't been here in a while, it's time to give it another shot. The people here are helpful and knowledgeable

The stores typically clean but there's so many different locations of same items which can make your quick run turn into a long one.

My husband & I have found the Lebanon, PA store a very nice clean store with a very vast inventory. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Whenever we can't find something on our own the employees always know where it is. When ever I'm looking for a home project or a craft project Home Depot in Lebanon, Pa is the first place we go to. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and ALWAYS gets the military discount which means the world to him. Thank You Home Depot!!!!

I received good price on the store and the employees are great

We like our local Home Depot store. It is very close to our residence so we are there quite frequent. They have many sales associates they are extremely helpful.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful, from the paint department and lawn equipment to the cashier. it was a pleasant experience.

Had difficulty finding my items and everyone was busy helping others and manager Paul seen I looked list and made sure to take time off of his break to aid me. Will definitely return and may apply there in the future perhaps :)

The store was clean and the store associates were helpful in the lawn and garden center.

The store was clean. The item that I saw as available online was in fact in the store and the sales associate I spoke with was very courteous, knowledgeable and very willing to assist me.

The Lebanon store is very clean! You can always find an associate that is ready and eager to answer questions and assist in finding the items you came in to purchase. The cashiers are pleasant and quick!

Liz at the paint center went above and beyond to help me. She is very knowledgeable about all the products in her department. Great girl, beautiful smile, all around nice person. Then there's Jenn at the customer service center. I asked her where I had to go to do a "phone sale", she pointed me out to the contractor's desk but they were crazy busy so Jenn stopped what she was doing to ring me up, try calling my boss for a credit card number three times before she finally got him on the phone. And not once did she get frustrated nor did she ever lose her smile. Both girls were cute with beautiful smiles which always helps. ;)

Home Depot has been a blessing for me. Cannot State enough positive remarks about The help there. Don't know what I do without them. Absolutely everyone is been so wonderful.
