The store has just about anything you would need with large selections. However they had displays we were interested in, but were told they were discontinued. Then why on display? However, staff were always willing to help, find and give advice.

This is an outstanding place to shop for home and general repair supplies. The store employees are always friendly and are very helpful when you need help. My only grip with this company is the lack of a veterans discount.

We shop at the Las Cruces Home Depot regularily and have had two employees on resent visits who were exceptionally helpful: Bill in the Garden Department with a Char-Griller purchase and Lorenzo in the Paint Department with roofing material options. Both are super employees, and we've had many others help us who were also friendly and helpful.

Home Depot is my favorite shopping place for home decor, appliances, garden needs, etc. Their employees are great and very professional and knowledgeable people! The store is always well organized, clean and the aisles free of obstacles!

Been to a lot of Home Depots throughout the West, this one is clean, well organized and easy to get to. They always have the products I need that other stores do not have. The prices are fair and quantities high. Thanks for being in my home town.

Raul Tarin in the kitchen and appliances department is very helpful and knowledgeable if you are in the market of renovating your kitchen. He is a wizard on the computer and can give a 3D picture of what your kitchen could look like in a short period of time.

The sales staff in the appliance department are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I love this store because of the helpful and friendly staff. I purchased a new dishwasher and did this quickly with the help from Erik. Thank you.

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. The associates generally are of no help and can't answer the simplest of questions.

CLEAN RESTROOMS

I really felt that the employees were concerned for my needs, and when I asked manager in nursery/ outside plant area He was quick and answerd any questions, and showed me exactly what I was looking for. 6- 1-19 afternoon.

I do recommend this store frequently to people who are looking for good consistent pricing for in home repair parts, though I often do not find the staff needed for advice nor help. There is almost no one outside to lift down heavy mulches etc from above one's head. ( I have actually always had to lift on my own with no assistance around to help, even when asked for. This definitely could be a safety issue, though there is now signs posted to ask for help. Wonderful if staff would respond! Sadly lacking in this aspect. However on a good light, I do find the store clean and check out in the garden department is always friendly.

Our first visit at the Las Cruces Home Depot on Telshor was a nice experience. Friendly, smiling helpful and congenial staff was a big factor in their success in our book. We enjoy people and have traveled many places where it wasn't happening, It is here!! Plenty of stock to help with most any project in the home. We just moved into a new to us house and will have repeat visits to Home Depot to do some projects we want to see happen. Assistance was readily available and everyone has obviously been trained to be as helpful as they could to help the customer have a rewarding and successful shopping experience. The store was clean and tidy.

Generally the store and its employees are friendly, the store is clean and has a good selection of merchandise. That being said stay away from the paint department. Two times I been there and the same individual was working there and he can't color match paint plus his attitude leaves a little to be desired.

After ringing up my 3 cart fulls, my 10% off PLUS 12 months no interest coupon would not properly ring up. The first guy insisted I needed to go home and call the CC company to have them take it off. I said no and asked if there was someone else who could possibly help. He said no, so I said I guess I will load up my stuff and then go find a manager myself. He then got very angry, paged the manager and took my cc to go call the company himself. Turns out I was correct, but he couldn't figure out how to fix it. He turned it over to another person and left the store. 45 mins and many arguments later, the manager still had not answered any of the pages and finally they decided to just take it off for me. She tried to tell me I was saving more by using the bulk buying discount instead of my 10% off coupon($15.73 vs $134.91) that was pretty insulting. It took me an hour total, after I had initial checked out to get it fixed. I was never rude or loud, yet I was treated very poorly and at one point they threw my card at me. All I wanted was to use my coupon.

I find that the sales associates are helpful to a degree, however the managers at this store receive a 5 star rating from me along with my undying loyalty.

Store is clean and well stocked. employee working on keeping it that way, just hard to find someone for assistance. Not complaining just the facts.

We found the products we sought, after extensive searching with no store employees in the vicinity. We had to get by on our own; there seemed to be very few employees on duty and this was in the middle of Saturday afternoon. The store was clean. We had contact with three employees: one was very cordial and helpful, one was helpful when I got her attention and the third couldn't be bothered. The second and third were chatting up each other at the service desk and I had to use my outside voice to ask for their help.

No complaints what so ever at this time when our country seems to be heading in the wrong direction ,your store had done exactly what we would expect from a professional place to shop at with no issues from beginning to end ,thank you HD !!!!!
