Shopping experience was easy and pleasant. Able to find an employee that are willing to help and know what they talking about. Caring for the customers needs.

The store has good sales and are available as advertised. The only thing is there should be someone to greet customers as they enter store and around the departments if someone needs help finding an item or loading it into the shopping cart. Cashiers should ask the customer if they need help loading items in their cart.

I wanted to buy a heater water with wifi/perks but the forklift was unavailable and had to wait more than 45 minutes aside from the 30 minutes that I waited just for a regular one.. Their customer service very lousy and not organized. TERRIBLE SERVICE***

i find this store to be the best home builders as far as Residential to Commercial. never had any problems to find my materials and cant forget my tools. indeed a good place to find what you looking for.

store was very clean and employees very attentive but when i made my purchase i forgot about my military discount i returned the following day to claim then barney the manager told me to come back once i received the merchandise. I came back when i received the merchandise to be told by another manager that i could not combine prize matching with military duscount.
