The lumber department is the worst ever! Waited for over an hour only to be told they wouldn’t be able to assist. All employees in lumber area looked away and never offered help. We had to literally flag them down. This is so disappointing. Bottom line I did not receive the help Home Depot promised over the phone.

Gilbert at the self checkout asked me to go get an item myself, an item I had asked for them to watch while I shop. The item is about 10 feet wide and not easy to carry. He told me to go get another one, a different employee saw my frustration and offered to help, he went out of his way and got the item for me. Gilbert was not helpful at all, even after I asked if someone could get it for me. The female cashier that was with him also told me I could just go for a new item since the item they were holding for me had been taken back to its original place.

The store was clean the employees were helpful and kind if you need help with anything they will be there to help.

Friendlier and more helpful employees need to be hired. There is always no one willing to help.

I'd like to start off saying that I like this particular store. I can always find what I'm looking for, including stuff I didn't even know I was looking for. Employees are generally too busy to try and help. What I mean by this, is that when you walk by employees, or employees walk by you, they are generally looking down trying to avoid eye contact. They do this so that you won't sidetrack them. Then there's the app. I like when I look for something on the app and it tells me the item's availability and location. The app/website is somewhat confusing in that it sometimes tells you the location of the item, sometimes it doesn't. And when it does tell you the location, it does so in some weird map format that takes forever to try and find it. So you got to go look for it by yourself, because, again, employees are too busy to help you. Prices are fair and you will most likely find what you're looking for. Returns/refunds are easy to make. All you need is your receipt. This is a great home improvement store. They have the newest tools, great variety and reasonable prices. I would recommend this store.

Silvia the associate for Kitchen area was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel rushed into making a decision and Her friendly attitude made shopping experience absolutely great!

I have shoped in this store for years,Specially the Pluming dept., I think you had a plummer that handled that dept. He alway's knew where every thing was.I have bought washers, drier's,refrigerator's, water heater,s, lumber, cement, tile,I always go there first.

Great place to shop for a house project, great tools and appliances.

Unfortunately not enough hardware stores so people will have to unfortunately visit the store anyway. If there were more stores I believe people would avoid this store.

Customer returns was efficient and adequately amicable. The supplies I needed were in the correct quantities and everything was where it should be.

Don't go to this store. The employees are unwelcoming, unfriendly, not caring and they do not acre to help customers at this location. I was not able to get assistance from anyone during my visit. I asked a question regarding plumbing and I was directed briefly to the person that was supposed to be the point of contact for that section. A gray haired robust older woman who did not make you feel welcome at all. She was rude, sneering, unfriendly, uncaring and just outright ugly personality. Sad to say, this is not the first time this has happened at this store. I am not a difficult person and I don't expect or care to have the red carpet rolled out to me. But please, show some decency and provide a little bit of good customer service. Have an employee help you out at least some of the time and show some compassion people.I was made to feel very small.

Like i mentioned in the survey, we recently purchased a carpet for 1000 dollars at home depot Laredo #6540 First , it was difficult to find assistance in flooring dept. Then, it took a week to get room measured from an out of town company Then it took three weeks to get it delivered The day of installation the people from COOPER were late by two hours M y husband took the day off to move the furniture...They installed at night time... I noticed the carpet was cut in several places and I told them the salesman had said that it would be one piece since it was a standard 14 by 15 room That is why it was measured. I am going back to store to speak to whatever manager or assistant manager to explain poor service The seams are noticeable because it is a patterned carpet and it is light gren Also it liooks like this carper is not new or had been in storage a long time Becaude I vacuumed it and it had some dirt It looks like cheap carpet We did not like the job You tell me how your service can be improved.

I HAVE GREAT VISITS EVERY TIME I GO, THE EMPOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND ONE AVAILBLE TO HELP OUT TO GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. I RECOMMED THIS STORE TO ANYONE THAT ASKS AND TELL THEM OF THEIR GREAT PRICES AND GET THEIR PRJECTS STARTED.

The store is stoked with everything I might need and the people are easy going, friendly. It is always clean. Sorry! Sometimes is hard to find the employees.

Yes...BUT!!! Every time I try to resolve a problem with Home Depot, calling the store phone doesn’t work. Today, for example, I was trying to talk with someone about a delivery problem I had in Weslaco, Tx. And I tried for more than an hour and got no response from anyone. Tomorrow I’ll have to go in person. I’m 81 years old and I prefer to handle things by phone.
