Store #6540, I do not agree that your company does not allow you to help the customers load or unload merchandise during bad weather. There should be better safety regulations and or safety insurance for employees. Employee Laura at the entrance explained the lack of assistance and the reason why, she was very professional and helpful. The young man at the Door and Blinds department was also very helpful and polite.

great atmosphere, and everything in stock, prices vary depending on brand ,but really good deals.

Not enough people working on the floor to help customers.. management needs to look at their scheduling.

even though this is one of the hardware stores for home projects and sometimes has good deals the only problem I have with Home depot is the customer service they offer which usually always sucks but if your lucky you might find one or two employees that enjoy there job and have good customer service skills

My experience at the Laredo Home Depot was terrible! I bought a three piece patio set and left my purchase there for assembly. The next day, Sunday, I stopped by to pick it up and after waiting for several minutes was informed they could not find the product anywhere in the store. The could not resolve the issue and ended up giving me a refund.

The Laredo home depot store I highly recommend patrons to shop there . Very clean neat organized store and staff friendly and willing to help locate products . Good quality brand name products sold there. Love it .

ive been going to this store with my dad for about 15 years and we have never had a bad experience there the last time i went a cashier named maria told me about a special i had over looked

The store had a great selection of plants and the employees were knowledgeable and helpful in the section of the plants that I needed for my garden!
