I can’t remember the lady’s name that helped me in the kitchen cabinet department today but she was wonderful! This store had exactly what I needed (8 cabinets) in stock, clearly labeled, and ready to go.

I go out of my way to shop at the Lake Zurich HD. there two other HD stores near my home. Lake Zurich employees are consistently more friendly and far more knowledgeable. and most importantly are not put out when you ask for assistance or have a question. as I am DIY my own whole house remodel with no prior experience, I could not be more pleased with the consistency of the Lake Zurich HD staff and their willingness to help me be successful. Love it when I enter the store as there is ALWAYS someone that greets me & asks if I may need some help. I usually do need some guidance because I'm usually in a hurry. The store is laid out well, clean, good lighting & great garden section. Everyone is friendly and ready to help me!

They are patient and friendly educating me - making comparisons of quality, costs and features. Thus I always feel I get good value on my purchases.

I had to return a water line that I thought might come in handy for my new refrigerator. found I didn't need it because I could do a direct hook-up to my exiting water line. I was able to return the part with no questions asked...the store people are great.

We bought a new LG french door refrig recently. It was a easy, no stress buying experience. We also got a good deal on it. The unit was delivered and it's perfect.Not one blemish that can be aggravating when you spend a lot of cash on a new appliance. We are very happy with our purchase!

Came in looking at washers and dryers, our current ones are 20 years old. Had a great experience with Jerry in the appliance department. He took the time to explain the features and benefits on the machines and helped us pick the right ones for us.
