Every employee in the store was friendly and more than willing to help. The next time you are in need of an appliance, ask for Linda Hochstein. She is the most knowledgeable appliance specialist I have ever encountered!

The store is great. I dislike the self checkout lanes but I go at off peak times and there are no manned registers open many of those times.

We run a small general construction company and we regularly uses this home depot for Material purchases and quick runs during jobs and we are extremely happy with the service we are provided every time we go here. Deren, our pro desk associate, is always quick to answer our questions or help us put together an order. Cant say enough good things about this particular home depot

Store requires customer to surrender driver's license so it can be scanned into the Home Depot database in order to process a refund for returned merchandise. After having been the victim of identify theft recently, I will not share my personal information unless absolutely necessary. As long as Depot wants to treat its customers like thieves and require them to submit sensitive personal information, I will no longer shop there.

Carpet sales people very helpful

The person in the paint department, Harry, is very rude and condescending. Most of the people at this Home Depot are very good. Harry is NOT.

Terrible customer service. The people behind the Customer Service Counter actively try to avoid contact and avoid helping customers. Very rude, inconsiderate, and I will never be back.

Nichole in flooring was the most knowledgeable and helpful person to help me choose the flooring for our entire house. I can highly recommend her to help anyone choose the perfect flooring for their needs!

VERY NICE, FRIENDLY, CARING STAFF. YOU MUST HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES THOUGH, SOMETIMES WHEN I HAVE A QUESTIONS TO ASK, THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME, TAKING SO MUCH TIME WITH THE SALESPERSON, USUALLY THE CUSTOMER NEEDS A LOT OF EXPLANATION AND THIS THEN MAKES CUSTOMER #2 VERY ANNOYED AND FRUSTRATED. IT MAKES YOU WANT TO GIVE UP AND COME BACK WHEN ITS SLOWER,. BUT A CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO COME BACK, THEY SHOULD GET THEIR PRODUCTS AND BE SERVICED ON THE 1ST TRIP INTO YOUR STORES.

Very helpful employees working at store 52. Hardworking but friendly, Sometimes, there are 2 customers waiting to talk to 1 salesperson and it gets annoying and frustrating, when you are tired or in a hurry to have to wait until the salesperson gets finished with 1 customer to address your needs, and sometimes customer #1 is so so so long winded and demanding, that customer #2 is waiting longer then is necessary. I think strongly you must hire MORE EMPLOYEES now especially with FALL coming and Thanksgiving not too far away and Christmas in 3.5 months, in store 52, lake zurich, IL.

Store is clean!

I and working on updating our home, replacing all the floors and redoing the kitchen. I found the associates in the floor and kitchen cabinet areas offered assistance quickly and were knowledgeable of the products. They were very friendly and attentive to answer all questions and provided thorough information. There was a good selection of products and they were well organized. My only disappointment was the size of the carpet and floor samples, roughly 4" square. This is too small to make a color choice for such big ticket items.

The supervisor for Garden is rude. I spoke to the manager Adam, regarding the issue

The Cashier actually came out from behind his area to tell me he was open and ready to help. Christopher the cashier understands the lost art of Customer Service, unlike most other employees. Chistopher should get a promotion and train other new AND OLD employees. Great Job Christopher.

All store employees show a sincere interest in helping customers find what they are looking for. At customer returns, we have always had a satisfactory experience, with no argument or difficulty getting a refund or store credit when needed.

Kyle is such a helpful and kind cashier! He always makes the process of check out quick and easy for me; especially important because I often make mistakes with my stupid credit card. He offered me a HDcard, but I can barely manage the one I have, so I had to take a pass. Regardless, i love this store and make it my go to for all my shopping needs. This wasnt even an item I knew you carried, but I bought the portable speaker for my boyfriends tool box and I hope he is going to love it! Excellent selection of all kinds of things.
