Even though it usually takes me more than one visit to get my projects complete I do find that the employees are very knowledgeable , friendly and patient with me . Even returns are not a hassle.

Shopped for roofing leak patch. Asked associate for polyurethane roofing caulk. He was going from box to box reading what each one was and making some recommendations but not showing me what I requested. I did my research and just wanted to locate product .Another associate came by with another customer and the associate just dropped helping me without requesting or excusing himself when he clearly had not finished helping me. So I ended up taking 2 products and hope one would solve my vent leak. I will have to return to refund the one I will not use or end up with a duplicate purchase.Home depot is and has always been a self service store. Next time I will politely decline their assistance in product selection.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the La Quinta store. Service, quality of product and choice. My experience in shopping for a new stove and microwave on first visit and purchase on second visit was all made easy with Jacqueline in appliances area's guidance and Jeff's ( store manager filling in for Jacqueline!! ) help. She walked me thru my choices and pointed out all the features. Never got tired o me asking questions. The delivery was smooth as silk. Angel and Ruben of Temco delivery brought the appliances in , set them up and installed the new stove and over range microwave. 5 stars plus

Very friendly and helpful staff. Product knowledge of staff is very good. They treat you like you are important and you know they want you to purchase with them. Enough good words cannot be said because the entire staff strives do an awesome job at having you leave the store with your product or assistance needs completely met.

Greggg was an excellent sales rep who cut our Christmas Tree. Also he was kind enough to volunteer tying and securing our tree to the top of our car. Courtesy and Kindness goes along way in my book in servicing your customers.

Very helpful staff. Gregg in the garden center went above and beyond answering my questions about the difference in hoses. He also picked up the item and after purchasing it, provided carry out service to my car. He was so professional and courteous. The Cashier was also friendly and professional.
