Customer service at Kona Home Depot is very helpful.

GREAT STORES, I JUST MOVED HERE TO KONA FROM Southern California , AND IT WAS A BLESSING HAVING THAT STORE HERE IN KONA TO HELP ME FIX OUR HOME, I WAS ALWAYS HAPPY IN CALIFORNIA TO GO AND SHOP FOR THINGS I NEED IT FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS, SO I AM GLAD THAT Home Depot IS ON THE ISLAND...

Associates were available, friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. I didn't have to wander all over the store to find help--help came to me. A very good shopping experience.

No wonder Home Depot has good business because they have the Best employee like Rahula. His customer service was above and beyond our expectations. He was smart, knowledgeable, and friendly. The cashier, Debra was very smart and friendly. Also, thank you for Neil to help us to find the barb wire and carried it to our SUV. He was very strong. The barb wire was very heavy. All the cashiers were helpful and friendly with a great smile.

The customer service and manager go above and beyond to make sure you are helped from purchase, to delivery, to making sure you are more then satisfied with all you are needing and purchasing.

I only write this bc Bill in electrical was top notch in quality customer service, they don’t come like that anymore, and I will return based on the knowledge and ease of his help alone! Two thumbs up Bill in electrical! Easy to find him and helpful

Online experience was awful. But sales representative named Hope was great and worked to rectify the issue and followed through weeks later when the item came in. She made the difference!!

Home depot employees are always friendly and so willing to help load our lumber or whatever help we need. Cashiers are always super friendly and helpful.

All the staff/employees were friendly and helpful. They all had a big smile on their faces. The store was clean. Mandy, the check out lady was very nice and helpful. Jennifer was nice and helpful to get what my wife needed for her paint job. Denise was a very hardworking employee. We were impressed by his working attitude. We received excellent customer service throughout the store.

The pro service people are different now and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

During my survey it went on the next page (couldn't then backup) before I could explain why I had said the store was about the same as other home improvement stores in our area. We have been here in the Kona, HI area on and off for 5 months and now live here. We have only had good experiences with most all of the stores we have been in.

THE "KONA" HOME DEPOT STORE IS STRATEGICALLY LOCATED IN OUR COMMUNITY NEAR OUR "COSTCO" STORE AND MANY OTHER SHOPS AND VENDORS. MY HOME IS IN A SMALL COMMUNITY OF "OCEAN VIEW" APPROXIMATELY 50 MILES SOUTH, SO COMING INTO THE "CITY" IS A BIG EVENT WITH "THE HOME DEPOT" THE FOCUS POINT OF THE "MISSION". ~MAHALO FOR ALL YOU DO

I have always shopped this store and when ever I need help from an associate someone has always stepped up. I appreciate the service and the fact that they always seem to have what I'm looking for. I have also bought things in the Hilo store from time to time and the employees are more distant.

The store was clean and easy to find the products that we needed. The staff at the Paint Department were very friendly and helpful. Dustin and Rita helped us to get the color that we needed from a color sample. Mandy at the Checkout was very friendly and helpful. She helped us to record our purchases in our Pro account. They all provided excellent "above & beyond" customer service. We love to shop at Home Depot. Their "happy faces" made a difference!

He matched the color sample that I provided. He was very patient, friendly, and helpful. He applied his professional knowledge and served my needs. I highly appreciate his help! Tricia was very helpful at the Checkout register. She had a beautiful smile! She was fast & highly efficient. They both were hardworking and friendly.

when you see employees on their personal cell phone texting do yourself a favor go to another register, save the anger /resentment, and unfriendly "u interrupted me" lack of customer service
