Very nice and clean although the carts could be cleaned more. We had to go through 2 carts to find a cart with no trash in it. Very good variety of goods and easy to find. We found our desired products quickly and were very satisfied!

Convenient shopping; however, could use more associates that are willing to help and managers available to assist if needed.

Always have good amount stock quantity.

If you happen to get a woman to help you named Eneliko, then you are in LUCK! She is a great problem solver and every time I come into the store and see her, she has great ideas to resolve problems and get me just the right items.

the evening shift manager working in the kailua- kona hawaii home depot located by costco was so invasive and judgemental that b it was impossible to shop. She is a bigger big bone older woman .she might be Mexican and wears heavy dark woman really pale.Not only was she not friendly she was miserably rude and quick to assume. She couldn't stop staring my husband's back side down and undressing him with her eyes. He has never been so humiliated like this in his life. Serving our country as a marine he now suffers from PTSD and on this occasion made it all that worst for him. There were a couple other employees that were following us but not is invasive as this woman. We spent over 500 dollars and dont think we should have been stereotype as we were. These employees need to be held accountable for their behavior. So no other customers get treated like this.

I received the best service at Home Depot in Kona. The Home Depot employee actually asked me if I needed any help, usually you have to track someone down and hope that they will help you and that they know about the type of product your looking for. This was not my experience at all, I was totally surprised and very happy with the service that I received. Great job Steven.

The female manger kept my disabled bf waiting for about an hour for help with an air compressor he bought there. She showed up with an attitude. She wouldn't give her name, covered her name tag. He got his phone out to take a pic of her and she grabbed his phone from him and slammed it on the counter. How is that for service?

The store associate/cashier helped a lot! His supervisor did not. We were there to purchase a 72" ceiling fan which we saw online. It was $70.00 less online. We couldn't order it online and pick it up in the store: the website did not have online ordering as an option. The sales associate tried to do this as well and couldn't. He contacted his supervisor who didn't authorize selling the fan for the online price. I couldn't find an email address for the store manager so I can contact her. Please have her email me about this issue. I will be going to the Home Depot Facebook page to make this complaint there as well.

Awesome services and abundant sick of items. Associates are very knowledgeable in all departments.

Poor employees serves, no communication skills, not trained to see people in need of assistance, I counted 14 employees jus looked at me and walked right passed me and the other shoppers who was looking for assistance. I would put all your employees back in training starting with your GM. If I was a store shopper, my grade would b a D. I put 1 star because i had too, but my guess is no stars.

I SHOP AT THE KAILUA KONA STORE ALL THE TIME. LOVE THE GARDEN CENTER. I MOVED INTO MY NEW HOME LAST AUGUST AND NEEDED LOTS OF PLANTS. KONA STORE ALWAYS HAVE NEW PLANTS AND STOCKED WELL!

I absolutely love my new bathroom set up. I was able to finish it before the week got started and everything planned out more better than expected. Got great deals for hardware tools and my flooring is satisfying. Appreciated the help from the associates that helped me from seriously when I entered to exiting. Every store needs great associates like this Home Depot. Thank you

I rarely review anything as I don't see thing really change but the customer service at this place is a joke and in particular a couple of ladies at the check out counters I made the mistake of pointing out that she wasn't being polite and got a tongue lashing from her coworker definitely will be avoiding the place or at least those two ladies

Drove over from Volcano for a table saw, Traci Sacia was super pleasant, tons of Aloha and very helpful.

Store was clean and well kept but staff was not helpful or friendly. Tried calling 6 times (twice Thursday, twice Friday, twice Saturday) before driving out to ask if they rented a tool listed on the website. The phone was never answered. When I got there, multiple staff members were standing around in the store so I’m not sure why my numerous attempts to call were all unsuccessful. Then the product I was looking for was out of stock even though it says in stock online. Then asked someone if they rented a tool that Home Depot site had posted online for rental (didn’t specify if Hawaii rented which is why I kept calling to try and ask) and they seemed extremely irritated I asked the question responding with “we don’t rent anything!”

Clean store item that I wanted to purchase was sold out ,so I waited a day and checked store website and item was restocked returned to purchase item.Great Service! Self check out quick and easy.

I love shopping at Home Depot. But I wish the service I had today was better. Employee did not want to help me load the product on to my cart. But i had great service to load my items in to my truck from lot attendant.

We like how Home Depot carried out the protection of both employees and customers to prevent Coronavirus from spreading. The store is clean and sanitized. Social distancing was safe! We felt very comfortable and safe shopping at the store. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Awesome! The cashier was wonderful! We got "Above & Beyond" from Jaedon & Emil in the front loading area. They were very busy helping other customers to load their purchases in their trucks. We told Jaedon that we needed his help to load 12 bags of 60-lb. concrete. He responded very politely that he would help us in a few minutes. We saw him working hard & very efficiently to help other customers. He helped us right away. Emil joined Jaedon to load the concrete bags efficiently. They were polite, strong, & hard working workers.

I needed help from Ian, the manager, with my lumber choices, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. He approaches his job with passion and that is rare in the retail world. He made my experience at Home Depot superb! This store is really run efficiently. My hat goes off to them on always giving me a great experience at Home Depot

when I go to Home Depot, staffs are always friendly and helpful except for 2/29/20. One particular staff was rude to my brother and daughter in the lumber department. I wish I was there when that had happened, cause I would have said something. I did not do anything about it when my daughter told me, she said to just let it go.san

Be very careful in the paint department here. TWICE now I have been sent home with plain, white, unmixed paint that was labelled as the color I ordered. Once I ordered 3 gallons of a color that was dotted on each lid, with only one can mixed, the others plain white. Just now I opened a gallon of paint to begin painting a project, only to find that it is pure white again. The dot on the lid is pure white, too, but the color was supposed to be an off-white, so I couldn't tell in the store lighting that it was incorrect. I like the quality of the Behr paints, but if you buy it, make them show you inside each can or wait there while they mix it. I live 45 minutes away and now I have to put my project on hold so I can drive back out there. The only other problem I have had with this store was with quarter-round floor trim, which they will never keep in stock in sufficient quantities to trim a room. They won't re-order until their computer system shows 0, but there may be a few broken pieces there which will show as stock. Always special order the trim, and be aware that it will cost you as much or more than the cheaper flooring.

Hope from customer service is an awesome person. Willing to assist with anything. Chris from the garden and lawn department Is a gem. They are professionals in customer service. They made my Valentine’s Day special. I recommend Kailua Kona Home Depot. Great service and products.
