We needed to purchase a new washing machine after having to throw away our old one. We rushed to Home Depot to hopefully get a new one before closing. Kim was an immediate help and showed us a couple different options for what we were looking at. We decided on our purchase and had it home and installed in less than 24 hours.

Also, the garden department has such a great selection of plants. Customer Service is great thanks to Ini—thank you so much, Ini, for helping us with a large purchase coordinated both over the phone and in person.

You need flooring at this store, ask for Luana. She is the person that can help you and when you walk out of the store you will fill good about your experiences with her. She is what all Home Depot associated should conduct themselves in all stores. It is always good to deal with someone that shows interest in your questions and gives you straight answers.

The service we experienced with Chyanne at the Kona Home Depot was the best we have seen in decades. So friendly, so helpful, so knowledgeable, we felt like she should be teaching seminars on customer service. Not an exaggeration, 100 stars.

I moved into a new rental and had to find paint as close as possible to what was currently there with almost no help on color, gloss, etc. from the rental company. Ralissa in the paint department at the Kona Home Depot asked me all the right things, I showed one blurry picture and walked away with the literal perfect paint shade I needed. The color turned out even better than the original when we finished painting. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely gonna seek her out for our next painting project.

I bought a 40V Ryobi self propelled mower and love it! Works as well as gas without the hassle and sounds like a vacuum cleaner vs. an engine. I'll never go back to gas.

Whenever I shop at Home Depot I find what I want.

I purchased a new steel mailbox and post, after looking online at several retailers' webpages. This was the best item in terms of simplicity, both mailbox and post included in the package, and ease of finding this item in the store. Other more expensive items (several retail stores) seemed too ostentatious and invitation for unwanted inspection, once placed "in the wild" of my front driveway. Thank you, Home Depot, for stocking just what I needed.

Debra in the garden center check out was so nice and pleasant. I enjoyed our conversation. She seemed to really enjoy her job. She was a breath of fresh air.

Through her perseverance, astuteness, ingenuity, and determination, Shawnette overcame numerous system glitches in order to furnish me the documents I needed for registration and warranty purposes. She is an asset—exemplifying professionalism and excellence, which is lacking in the current workplace.

I'v have shopped at THD 1704 since in opened. Oddly enough I worked as a carpenter for the company that built the store, from the foundation to the roof. All the old time employees treat me like family when I visit the store. I know the store so well that times I find myself helping customers.

Eli at the Kona store was wonderful on a day they were greatly understaffed. He was calm, efficient and fast in helping me find a washing machine. Thank you Eli!

I used the app to check inventory and location for a specific item. Found the item in the app and the location and the quantity on hand. Got to the store, and even your employees couldn't find the location in the store. To make matters worse there was no inventory of the item that the app said there were a large quantity of.

The sales rep was very knowagable and helpful during my purchasing experience.

We went to Home Depot in Kailua Kona, Hawai'i to purchase kitchen cabinets. Interior Designer, Renee', assisted us and was, is fantastic and so friendly. She made sure we purchased everything we needed for the cabinets and even helped us with other items we needed to purchase outside of her department. Renee' is the 'BEST' and our 'Mahalo' to Renee'

I experienced one of the best shopping experiences ever at the Kona HI store. The reason was one employee Quentin he did the leg work and research to provide excellent service to me.

I just bought a fridge over the phone...I was dreading it based on previous experience on reaching out to Kona stores long distance...I live in Kohala...this was so different. Deesha in appliances was amazing, so efficient, knowledgeable, attentive...she made everything go so smoothly...a great experience...
