my favorite store, excellent rating, great value

Purchased a ceiling fan on Saturday afternoon (2/15/2020). Excellent service from a very knowledgeable employee working in that department.

we are from California and we were pleasantly surprice on the store and specially the staff.

STORE WAS CLEAN, CLERKS POLITE AND HELPFUL.

The Kerrville Home Depot store has a small town atmosphere with most any item one could imagine. They are very friendly and local people with the same goals in mind of most shoppers ( to save one money where they can ).

Christian and David have been very helpful during many recent visits to this store. They are knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain differences in products and giving us tips for easier installation. They always greet us with a smile!

On a gloomy day, not one but two of your employees really made my purchase easy and well worth the stop.

I live in Mason Texas it's like an hour and a half to Kerrville love the store great customer service always. Store was clean, even after Christmas !

Awesome shopping experience ! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the appliance section. Made good suggestions on the purchase of a new stove, made sure that the right conversion kits and other supplies were with the delivery, and found ways to save money on my purchase.

A few years ago I started a contest and this store was helpful in providing the prizes to the winners for three years. That makes this store a good community member - Thanks for the help.

GOOD EMPLOYEES!!! and it is very hard to find good employees in Kerrville. None look like or act like former drug addicts.

There are key go-to people who work in this particular store that I look for when I go in. Carol in tools goes above and beyond every time, even if she is assisting other customers. She delegates politely to fellow employees using please and thank you to them. She is an effective and efficient multi-tasker. There are numerous excellent employees, a tall fellow who knows A LOT of general information regarding the store (i.e. whether they carry it, do they have it in stock, etc.) ,A few more would be Scott in appliances (he pays close attention to detail in the computer system), and a young guy in tools some evenings is helpful too. Linda in appliances sold me a washing machine about a month ago and she was awesome. All nice people and eager to help. Sabrina today was excellent. As a customer, its comforting to know, in all probability you will find someone familiar in the store to help you out.

The store is better than it was a few years ago. They carry a better selection of power tools by price range

The store offers an excellent variety of products and the Home Depot application makes it easy to locate what you need. Their sales team are both very knowledgeable and helpful; they assisted me in selecting the best roofing option for my house. The Home Depot crew did an excellent job in just a few days and left the location looking beautiful. I highly recommend Home Depot to you.

the store was friendly and helpful

We shop at the Kerrville store when ever we come to town. We always get help and usually find what we need. Employees are always nice and are greeted when we come in. We will continue to shop at this location!

The store is well laid out with a good selection of items in most departments. The representatives at the paint department were very helpful. Kelly Johnson in the paint department is an excellent mixologist and matched a difficult color beautifully. I was very pleased with the service I received.
