Ryobi Power wash that we bought is very reliable and effective.

In the Boerne store, there is very little of anything to view when buying something. With an 8-inch grinder I just bought, I had to review it online in order to buy it.

I bought t 1-11 siding and some cull lumber for my project. Easy to find products and helpful employee's!!

Bought all new appliances for kitchen. Salesperson Dub Burleson was extremely helpful in guiding us to choices that were good for us on many aspects, even suggesting we wait a few days to take advantage of a sale.

Everything in HD is overly difficult. Especially trying to get my military discount, it is buried somewhere within the app. The front folks OK it and tell me what a pile of junk your system is. As for the title, YES, the store is overly hot even during cool summers.

I had a wonderful experience, today, at the Kerrville Home Depot! Both of the employees who helped me did so promptly and efficiently, and with smiles on their faces. Both of these YOUNG employees displayed good work ethics and excellent customer service. Ask for Mason and Angel, and tell them you read a good review about them! I am from Abilene but am often in the area. I’ll return to this store because of employees like these!

We purchase most of our goods from Home Depot in Kerrville. They have great customer service, the store is always clean and well stocked and we like the Home Depot philosophy.

We purchased window blinds and the salesperson was so helpful and found us items on sale.

The plants looked very healthy and pleasing to the eye. Lots of inventory.

I ventured in to buy some wood to build a quick gate for my porch. I already had the wire I needed. John was the best customer service person I have ever found here! He assisted me in finding items I needed, and helped me to choose the right wood. Then he cut the wood to my specs! Awesome experience! And I now have the gate I had planned. Thank you!

Everyone always helpful

My new waterproof vinyl flooring is beautiful. I had my old monochromatic laminate replaced with the latest textured wood pattern. Their flooring department helped me pick out the pattern and arranged for a very professional installation. I could not be happier with the results.

Placed this ac in a storage building. Works great if power goes out it come back on automatically. Does a great job of cooling storage building. Would be interested in reviewing products for Home Dopot. .

The only problem I think was there are not enough cashiers up front. I don’t shop there check my self out.

Carol at Kerrville Home Depot has always been able to help me when I have questions. Whether it's where is the item or do they have the item. They need more helpful/knowledgeable employees like Carol.

I have been to Lowe’s several times and they have been rude and obnoxious or they completely blow you off I had exactly the opposite experience at Home Depot they where very friendly and helpful

I wish that at least one paying station was close to the main entrance and near the return item booth.

The store is well stocked. Whenever I purchase plywood, which I do often, there is seldom an employee available to help get the 1/2" sanded ply down from the top shelf to a cart. Cashiers are always friendly, one of the real positives. My main gripe is all the unattended trucks in the loading area. When I arrive I make note of the number of trucks in this area. When I am ready to load my purchases most of the same trucks are still there and are still unattended. Obviously the store management has no interest in keeping this area available for most customers. The appearance is that the management has their "favorite" customers. I'm completely frustrated.

We have been working on many summer projects and have made several trips to this store lately. The staff are so nice and helpful. Our trips are always timely because of the great customer service.
