Good place to spend your money!

Store is generally clean and well stocked. Need a few more nail assortments, but other items are great brands and styles. Employees are welcoming and helpful.

The employees in this store are very customer centered. I enjoy shopping in this store.

I first purchased a Washer and Shannon checked me out. I was so impressed with her friendliness that I asked for her when I bought the dryer to match. When I get a new range I will ask for her again!

Home Depot seems to be less affected by the current nationwide shortage of goods and services. If they are "out of stock" in some items, they strive to replenish their stock as soon as possible. The HD employees always seem to be very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I LOVE THE FREE HOME DELIVERY & INSTALLATION that is an important part of Home Depot's service.

Friendly and helpful employees. Help inside the store and outside when we were loading 22 metal tin roofing sheets onto our utility trailer. Called the store manager to compliment the outside helper as he just came up to me and started to help load my purchases. I am disabled and appreciate the help he provided.

Home Depot is always my first choice for shopping. The prices, and easy to find items as well as the helpful staff make it the perfect place to shop.

This store is friendly just because it's in Texas and texans are friendly. I asked the greeter where the ladders were and he knew exactly and pointed me in the right direction. I grabbed two strawberry plants and then forgot a measurement and went to my car with my shopping basket and the strawberry plants and told the greeter I'll be right back and I was. I'm a senior citizen so I need to lean on the cart to walk long distances. Hope I don't get anyone in trouble. Checkout help was friendly and helped me with veteran's discount.

Only 5stars if you get Rusty as Sales help! He is amazing and knowledgeable about so many departments and actually WORKS to help you from start to finish, even helping carry out big items to your truck! He deserves recognition and a raise! Not many workers like him, (and we’ve gotten lucky and had his assistance on more than one visit!)

I like shopping here. Customer service and sales folks are very helpful.

'Tone & Attitude’ starts with the store manager, Sandra Borruhm does a great job! This is why I have to give a '10' to a few hard working individuals. All three gentlemen were kind, patient and very helpful! Lumber department: CJ Ben E Harold Their professional knowledge of a wide range of products with a great attitude made me feel valued as a customer. Because of employees like this, I'm a loyal customer to Home Depot!

I prefer Home Depot to Lowe’s in Kerrville any day. Customer service and availability of products is always great.

They always have enough check outs open and also have self check outs unlike their competitor. There is always enough staff around to help when you have a question and prices are on par with the competition.

I needed new appliances and I had not bought them in years. Christian Tirado in appliances gave me exceptional help and patience while I was trying to make up my mind. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

The store is well stocked. I bought more than I was looking for.... had to have that Ego cordless trimmer. I had 3 associates waiting on me. Thanks Jason, Carol and Virginia.

I have visited many Home Depot stores in the USA, this one is the best. The staff really are all just excellent and go out of their way to help. Nothing is too much trouble and the place is always clean and tidy, even the bits that are hard to keep clean and tidy.
