Good location

I've been going to Home Depot since they first came to Washington. The level of service is pretty consistent. Sometimes, it's difficult to find someone to help when you need help while others, you're swarmed when you don't need help. Sadly, they seem to have forgotten the part about customer service where a person actually takes your money. Went to the Depot in East Kent today and when I went to pay, there wasn't a single cashier station open. There were two young girls there who told me they would be happy to ring me up in self check out. I don't want to go to self check out. I don't wear an orange vest and I don't get a paycheck from Home Depot. When they first started putting these self checkout stations in, they insisted no employees would lose their jobs because of them but if that's all you have open, where are the checkers that used to man the cashier stands. Kinda irritating.

This store was clean and the associates were kind and really cared about what I had to do to get thee job done. I was helped every step of the way and never felt like I was inconveniencing them. Not like LOWE'S!

Excellent Custormer Service

the customer service is amazing and David at the check out was very friendly. He made the check out experience nice and easy.

This is my normal store but lately the staff have been horrible. I'm an essential business and I rely on homedepot but right now Carole and Doug havent been the greatest employees. If management would like to give me a call I'd be more than happy to explain

The store was about to close, I had to make a quick purchase, your employees attitude was great! David at the register is friendly and the two lady’s at paint they are great, everyone was busy, when I asked for help, whit a smile the help me out. For us the Contractors that makes the day go easier. Thank you Home Depot

cashier number 72644 Ms. Thvay was very helpful in assisting me in trying to find the item i needed.

It was very hard to find help and they were unfriendly and my cashier was even rude. Also they do not give military discount without my husband being present, even though I have his picture ID. I have never been refused at any other hardware store. I will not be back to this store.

Just a general comment, sometimes the quantities of bathroom vanity listed on their websites don't always agree with what's in the store. Other than that I have no other comments. I always seem to get the assistance that I need.

It was a short visit but it was a great experience! I will always come back to shop at this store.

This a great store to have in our neighborhood. The shelves are well stocked and they usually have the home improvement, building maintenance or construction items needed to complete almost any of these projects. The staff is friendly and store hours support day and night purchases. The store's seasonal items like plants in the nursery in Spring and Christmas trees in Winter are usually a good value worth stopping by to see what's available.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot now for going on 4 years and I've always had a good experience. They generally have what I need and have help when I've asked for it.
